“My experience with CustomMade was overwhelmingly positive. Their process to help create personalized jewelry was outstanding, including the quick "turnaround" for the merchandise. “I love my necklace. I bought a 20 inch 14 k gold necklace with two back to back designs and I could not be more happy. I was estimated 2700 for this piece but after taxes and other final details it was set for 2900 so expect to pay a little more than estimated price but it is worth every penny. Comes in a cute little white box that’s made pretty well. It is very sturdy and good for storing when not wearing. Shown in photos are a few surface scratches they were not there when I bought the necklace. Your jewelry will arrive just as it appears in the professional photos and be beautiful and scratch free.”

“I highly recommend this company. Not only will they make the process as easy as possible; they communicate all the additional benefits. Such as free cleaning; the repairs are also free if you do send it in for a twice yearly cleaning. They made sure to take time and care to make my vision came to life. They listen to what you want, send pictures that best capture what you're wanting, they sketch out a design, send 3D renderings then BAM! It's being made and takes less than a month depending on what you get. Not to mention they consult you personally throughout the entire process! They are a lot nicer and cheaper than other shops you can't even customize with. I seriously can't recommend them enough!”

“My experience with customer service was pleasant. They kept me updated throughout the process. The ring got to me so quickly. However, my original design couldn’t be made even after reviewing the proposal and paying the asking price. They then pivoted to something extremely similar so i wasn’t that phased, but then i was also told it wouldn’t be possible to do anything like my original design! Definitely upset with that and bummed out! I ended up with a very sleek and timeless piece in the end, not what intended or wanted in the first place but it does look beautiful and feels like very good quality.”

“I was quite nervous about going through a custom designed ring process with an online jeweler but CustomMade absolutely made me feel comfortable and involved in all phases of the project. My project manager, Stephanie, was excellent with communication and you can tell that she was very experienced in this process. My custom design was unique in that I possessed my own center piece stone, which I thought would lead to potential issues regarding shipping, insurance, etc. but CustomMade handled everything professionally, used my stone, and gave very fair pricing for their service! I would highly recommend CustomMade!”

“After creating a design I liked for a signet ring I sent it in and they got to work right away. I had awesome 3d renders in a handful of days and we got to tweaking. The process was very smooth and at the 3rd iteration it was perfect. Production only took about 2 weeks, and sipping was expedient. Over all everyone I interacted with on the team was excellent.”
