“The whole experience was AMAZING from start to finish! My partner and I had been looking at rings for a couple months, but nothing ever seemed to fit what we were looking for. Custom Made put a beautiful piece together that incorporated both of our personalities, while the rings still match they are slightly different in their own ways. I could not have asked for anything better. All of their employees were phenomenal to work with.”

“I had a great experience with custom made in the creation of a ring to commemorate the birth of my son. From initial design and concept to shipment the team was communicative, provided lots of helpful information and most importantly worked at a pace I was comfortable with. I was thrilled with the final piece and I believe the price for this custom piece was fair. I will certainly recommend and use custommade in the future.”

“Let me first say wow!!! Your team did a beautiful job with my wedding set and my fiancés band! I was “iffy” in the beginning only because I’ve never heard of this company before. And before going through with this, I did do my research and there wasn't a lot of publicity surrounding this company. But it was enough to convince me to do it though (lol). I’m so glad I did! Our rings represent us and I love that!”

“The overall experience was great. I love the piece and the price point was very reasonable for what I wanted. Giving 4 stars because of the length of the piece creation. There was multiple setbacks, and the piece took about 5 months total to complete all steps. They did communicate with me throughout the process, so I wasn’t left in the dark, which was great. Do be aware that the process could be rather lengthy, so if you want your piece quickly, pay for the expedited service. All in all, great experience.”

“My gf and I were looking at wedding rings and couldn’t seem to find the the right one I was looking around for custom options and came across Custom Made. The entire process is very professional and they keep you updated with every detail the entire way. When I got to the 3d model phase it wasn’t looking quite right and they fixed the design for me no problem. The final ring came out better than i thought it would 10/10 would recommend them to anyone.”

Their team of design professionals took my idea and brought it to reality in the most stunning form possible. From preliminary drawings to 3D models, the process of design is fun and engaging. Once designed, the ring is cast and finished and let me tell you, every piece comes out GORGEOUS. I even had my own wedding band custom designed after seeing how amazing my fiance's rings came out. I will NEVER use another company for custom jewelry, and if you use their services just once, you won't either. CustomMade is the absolute pinnacle of quality custom jewelry.”

“This of course was my first time buying an engagement ring, and it was an amazing experience! From the knowledge and skill of the artist and crafters perfectly transforming my ideas into a gorgeous ring to the understanding of finances. “My fiancée had my engagement ring designed and made through Custommade and it exceeded both our expectations! They also designed a matching band so when it was time for us to order the band too, everything went very smooth. They had the design we had agreed on, so it took just a couple days of going back and forth between final design and stone selection to have the ring sent to production. The ring was shipped a few days later and arrived very quickly. Everyone is very easy to work with and responsive, they work around your vision to make sure everything is exactly how you want. I highly recommend working with them!”

“Everything was made super simple. There where a couple times I had to put a hold on my ring because of a change in finance and every time they worked with me and waited almost an entire year very patiently from the beginning of the ring making process to when I was able to make final payments and get my ring. Custom Made is the best jewelry buying experience I’ve ever had and will almost definitely use them again in the future.”
