“From start to finish every person I worked with during the process was nice, informative, and quick to respond to questions. They took the initial answers and inspiration photos I gave and came up with two beautiful designs, one of which ended up being the exact replica of the engagement ring. The ring came in right under budget and looks absolutely amazing! I will be recommending CustomMade to anyone looking for an amazing experience.”

“Working with CustomMade was easy and their staff is very polite and helpful. I made lots of changes and had difficulties deciding on what I really wanted. They were patient every moment of the process and helped to give me ideas. They have high standards and it shows. I wanted an anniversary ring that would look good with my current ring, but also on it's own. I received my ring and truly love it! It's everything I wanted it to be!”

“Found this website completely by accident. Initially was hesitant about engaging in business with someone I found on the internet but my fears were completely unfounded! The team at CustomMade are professionals. They were prompt with their contacts and customer service. Always ready to answer any questions. They helped me design an engagement ring that was special as I couldn't find any that I believed my partner would like. The process from start to finish was shorter than I expected. The price was reasonable. And the ring was perfect! Needless to say, my partner said yes!”

“I am stunned by how good my Necklace turned out. I knew exactly what I wanted and they nailed it perfectly! I was guided through the entire process by experts in their filed. From 3D models to the final piece. I would recommend them to anyone who wants something special. It comes with a price but it is well worth it!”

“Custommade brought my fiance's dream ring to life! I certainly had my doubts when making the initial decision to create/purchase a ring through this company, as it is a relatively small company and there weren't many reviews about them online. However, as it turns out, I made the right decision! The entire design process was very seamless, and any desired adjustments to the ring were done quickly and efficiently. They use 3D renderings to show you exactly what you ring will look like before the physical building of the ring begins. It was great working with Lea, Marco, Irene, and Matt! If I ever need another piece, I know where to go.”

The CustomMade team guided me through every step of the process and not only that but they are perfectionists. “It was a fantastic experience from start to finish, everyone was very helpful and they explained all the steps of what was going on. Even if I had more questions after the first set of answers they would take their time and help me out. The ring design was my favorite part, as I got to watch as it was drawn up and then it went from what was on paper to what showed up in the box.”
