“Every stage of the process was made very easy by the team at CustomMade! They did an amazing job helping to inform me about the different options and steps along the process. “I stumbled upon CustomMade on Google by accident while searching for custom made jewellery. The process was, honestly, a pleasure. The people working there are extremely professional and helpful, especially for someone with no prior knowledge as myself, as they guided, offered details and offered professional opinions and advice when I asked them. That being said, I always felt I was talking with a close-by, enthusiast person, not a rushed employee. The delivery was swift, especially with me living in Europe, and they were very fast with any extra help they could offer to get through customs with no issues. I am delighted with the result and have been wearing it since it arrived. You can safely employ their services.”

“My experience with CustomMade was a great one. The process of designing and purchasing my engagement ring was smooth and detailed. The staff involved with me were very enthusiastic and educated me on each step of the process and made sure I had all the information I needed and was 100% happy before making any decisions. There is a lot more that goes into creating an engagement ring than I realised and their team provided ample concept art and 3D designs of the ring so I knew exactly what it would look like with every change I made. I am from NZ and usually ordering from the US takes weeks to months but the ring arrived within a week of shipping and arrived in a beautiful display box. The ring itself was even more beautiful than the scanned models and photos. I am very satisfied with the CustomMade team and would recommend them for anyone wanting to custom build an engagement ring especially if you don't know anything about rings as I did at the start of my journey.”

“This is the 2nd project I have done with Custommade. They are very personable and always get back to you at the time that they say they will. The product is quality and they even help with suggestions that you may not think about. I had them build my wife's engagement ring 3 years ago and just had them put together an accent ring for Christmas this year. Don't waste your time with the box stores in town, have them build you something custom for the same price as box stores and get something truly custom, I will be using them again in the future and wouldn't use any other jeweler”

“After working with Custom Made to create my engagement ring, my fiance wanted to design her wedding band together. She loved the process as much as I did with her first ring. They took elements and themes from the engagement ring to make a wedding band that looks great together and alone.”

“I needed to design and produce an engagement ring within budget with no specific time limit. The ring had a complex shape that could only be made custom. The design was done relatively quickly and all of my corrections were taken into account. The information regarding design, manufacturing, delivery and service was presented clearly and promptly. I was also pleased to get it before Boxing Day as it was the perfect occasion. Thanks to everyone who made it possible. Also, the proposal survival kit is a fun inclusion. There is nothing I am dissatisfied with regarding this project.”

“Amazing company!! They were with me every step of the way and were so kind when I wanted to make adjustments after the piece was finished. The ring is even MORE beautiful than the 3D rendering… which is saying something!! Go to these guys if you need a very special, custom piece! I will coming to them for all future projects!”
