“My Afternoon Tea at Home order was a gift for a friend. She was absolutely delighted with the contents and quality of this gift. Unfortunately the order was delivered one day later than requested which was disappointing. However, I was fully kept up to date with delivery information.”

“I ordered a box of brownies for my friend's birthday to arrive on his birthday, paying for the nominated day delivery. Unfortunately they arrived one day late, ruining the surprise and gift.
