“Love, love, love your cakes. Please read instructions, I asked a few times for the driver to call me on arrival and not deliver to the building's loading bay but the driver sometimes doesn't call or calls once and makes the quickest dash when I call back straight away there's no chance in getting the driver back.”

“I ordered a small carrot cake for a tea party with 8 friends. The cake was delicious, according to all of us! But the delivery was awful, the cake was delivered to the wrong building and it was not possible to contact the courier.”

“I was lucky enough to be introduced to C & S via two separate but huge hampers presents this year!!! Boy am I glad as I got to try half your products! I have always walked past your shop and had no clue you had a mail order service. I now use C & S regularly as my main gifting company. All my recipients can't praise your products enough. We especially love your Squidgy selection boxes & Brownie selections as they are my go-to for gifting. They are perfect for every occasion with its versatile packaging and next day delivery availability. Now for the actual products, I've had four different cakes, the brownies, the briskies, the macarons, the cupcakes, the hot chocolate spoons and the cookies! I've zero complaints about any of them and find it extremely hard to pick a favourite! Cakes: perfectly moist, bursting with flavours within the combination that was been incorporated into that cake, and they are never overly sweet/rich/sour, they also keep well. All the other products are perfect in every way and beyond cute within their domain ie. Brownies have the perfect amount of crunch on top. Macarons are crunchy on the outside while remaining moist and light within. So thank you for your wonderful creations as they are certainly bringing joy to every generation!”

“Enjoyed the afternoon tea with my friend. It arrived nice and early. Cakes looked small but were very tasty. Followed instructions and put scones in the oven and they too were very nice. Think you could send more than two tea bags. Only one cup of tea each? Ended up making a pot of my own tea so we could have another cup! That would be my only criticism though.”

“I bought the brownies as a gift for a friend. Unfortunately they were delayed for a few days in transit, but this was due to the delivery company messing up. C&S’s customer service team were very helpful in contacting the delivery company and correcting The issue. My friend said the brownies were still very tasty when they arrived.”

“The lemon-iced cake was delicious, although brownies and scones were on the dry side and the tea was extremely weak. Presented nicely though and the mini cool bag for the cream was a great addition. Liked the fact that it arrived on a bicycle so reducing carbon footprint”

“The biskie box was a gift which the recipient enjoyed. There was a little confusion over the delivery date as the automated emails were not correct displaying a different day for delivery. Otherwise overall happy with the purchase.”

“While I was happy with the afternoon tea I ordered for my elderly mother in law for her birthday, I was very disappointed with the delivery service. An email from Cutter and Squidge told me the delivery day, while the delivery service told me via email it would be delivered another date. There was no one available to speak to at Cutter and Squidge. My delivery instructions were ignored, so my sister in law had to collect the delivery from a local store.”

“I have ordered vegan chocolate fudge cake and vegan mini cupcakes. They were absolutely delicious! I was just disappointed by the size of these goodies. I think a bit too small. Taste was great and not too sweet which was a bonus as many bakeries make them too sweet for my liking.”
