“Lemon drizzle cake is packed with flavour and cuts through the sweetly decorated top but the sponge was not as light and airy as I prefer. The ordering and delivery process is very easy and reliable and the cake was boxed securely, which is a good job as the delivery driver was holding it by a corner of the courier plastic packaging and had it hanging down from his hand!”

“The strawberry one wasn’t very nice compared to the poppy seed cheese cake! The strawberry felt so dense I was really disappointed. I’ve ordered 3 times from you and it’s amazing! This time for my mums birthday it wasn’t nice :-( Service is always good. But the cake didn’t taste nice, it was dense and not soft (I followed instructions as always) and the little balls were stale and didn’t have a crunch like the other ones did. That’s never happened.”

“These candles looked fine but the candles weren't very sturdy and we broke one when trying to put it into the candle holders that were provided. We had to be careful when putting the candles in their holders in case they broke. I think that the formula needs to be looked into, to make it easier to fit into the holders.”

“It was proper packaging which was great to ensure the shape to stay put even throughout delivery. The only downside was that the folks who ate the cake mentioned it was quite hard and didn’t feel like it tasted fresh.”

“I have received my cake and unfortunately I am not satisfied with a quality. Inside the cake in multiple places there were dry raw lumps, which was not appealing at all. I am disappointed as this was a birthday cake and not a cheap one. I tried to contact someone to report this, but never received a response.”

“It was a present for a best mate after a hospital stay. She was being very diplomatic about her opinions, but the experience was negative. No flavour in the lemon cake and wouldn't say anything about the rest, and said don't use them again. The delivery and the up dates were good.”

“Honestly, I didn't know what to expect but, while these were nice enough they weren't particularly special. They were alos a bit shaken up and a bit dry which could be forgiven if they were unique tasting. All in all, the sort of cakes you'd like if they were at a company event but would be a bit disappointed at if you bought them for a special occassion.”

“We usually love our Cutter & Squidge afternoon tea boxes as they are a real treat to spoil ourselves with, which is why I choose the Valentines Day gift for my boyfriend. However, it saddens me to say that we were disappointed with this latest purchase:( Both pots of cream were out of date (one was dated 10/2 and the other 14/2 when it was delivered on 17/02), and one of pots was open so I had to go out and buy cream. Also, my boyfriend was very disappointed that the pouch of loose leaf tea he loves that usually comes with the afternoon tea boxes has been replaced by 2 teabags.”
