Had the mixed cookies from cutter and squidge about 3 years ago and there were so good. When I got a promotion at work last month I ordered these cookies as a reward and they were awful. Not sure if they changed the recipe or it was a bad batch, but I was very disappointed

I ordered a 30th cake about 2 weeks in advance. On the day I had a message from DHL to say they will deliver to the restaurant. They never did, restaurant was open from 8am and fully staffed. I make countless phone calls to the company all afternoon and although we were only in London they did nothing to send out another cake nor call me back with a solution. Don't know why they need your phone number when you order the cake if they won't use it when they have a delivery problem. Very disappointed to not have a celebration cake.

Can you do a no star review? Delivery just left somewhere, no accurate POD. Customer Service just fob you off. Probably great cakes etc, but no idea. If you are looking for a reliable supplier that will deliver, especially to businesses, I would recommend going elsewhere. You pay a premium for decent delivery and service and.....nothing. Such a shame, but essentially it's a people thing and they don't want to help if something goes wrong.

Cake was never delivered for my daughter's 19th birthday. Excused given due to 3rd party delivery and out of their control !! This is shocking ! A birthday cake ?!! It will be delivered another day?? Don't understand !

Very disappointing. Scones inedible and given it was a tea to share with my mum, seems that’s the minimum that should happen!

Absolutely awful. Overpriced and low grade products. £60 plus got an afternoon tea you could spend slightly more and get more at central London eateries in person.

awful customer service. my address had been defaulted back to the payment address so as soon as i saw this i emailed them. they said there is nothing they could do. i would be happy to have had them delivered a day kate than come to me as it was a birthday treat. so upset

I Have to say both my wife and myself were quite disappointed in the mothers day selection box, the textures of all the items were very similar and the taste was very bland, which is not what we were expecting, it was so disappointing we didn’t even finish the contents and chose to throw it away. But the order did arrive quickly

I order two weeks in advance birthday brownies, they did not arrive on the date requested. I contacted Cutter and Squidge and the delivery company and got no reply. The next day the delivery company said they had delivered them but my friend did not receive them. Disappointed, no refund and I will not use this company again

Nearly killed my dog! Cost me £190 at the vets thanks to throwing it over the hedge when there was a perfectly good postbox available. Tried to call them to discuss this and they hung up on me twice then refused my calls.

Not great to be honest. Ordered brownies to my wife's office for Valentines Day. Selected morning delivery as she was only going to be out of the office in the afternoon. Received a call before 8am to say no-one as at the office reception. Most offices don't open till 8.30 / 9am so I was surprised that the delivery to an office address was happening so early, particularly on Valentine's Day when surely you do loads of office deliveries so must be familiar with how they usually operate. But anyway, fair enough, it was just one of those things. I can't remember what I agreed with the delivery guy, I couldn't hear him very well, had a screaming toddler with me, and it seemed we didn't have many options. We either agreed to just leave them outside or return them. Anyhow, I called your customer helpline that day or the day after (can't remember) to try and resolve it, gave all the details and was told I would hear back about whether I could get a refund. Never heard a thing. So that's around £25 wasted. Would still appreciate some kind of recompense but for now, won't be using you guys again or recommending

I purchased the Victoria Sponge cake and was extremely disappointed. I was happy to pay a higher price as I thought I’d be paying for the quality. However, the cake I received was dry, dense, and flavourless. I left the cake out of the fridge for half a day in hopes that it would taste better at room temperature but it made no difference. We only ate about 1/4 of the cake as a result. Won’t be buying from cutter and squidge again as not only are they more expensive than their competitors but their product quality is also significantly lower.
