i am unable to leave a review, after complaining that my parcel was taken due to the delivery driver leaving it at the door when we were not home… you kindly sent a replacement out, unfortunately we work Monday to Friday and again were out after the first incident we didnt think it would be left outside the front door again but yet again it was and went missing! My wife has emailed but we’re are yet to receive a reply.

I am extremely disappointed with this order. I ordered an afternoon tea hamper with prosecco to arrive for my mum on the Friday before Mother’s Day. We were given a time slot between 12-2 which was perfect. There was a delay with the driver, no explanation why but it wasn’t delivered until the evening in which case it’s a pointless gift as couldn’t be eaten that night! And had to be saved for the following couple of days (when not as fresh). There should have been better communication from cutter and S. I tried calling multiple times to locate the delivery and was met with endless wait times so I gave up.

I'd love to write a glowing review, but unfortunately my experience was not great. The delivery driver delivered the wrong cake to my work reception, so I had to call C&S to get that rectified. Then the gluten-free cake was very dry & tasteless. Sorry to say I wont be ordering form Cutter & Squidge again :-(

My order got cancelled due to THEIR OWN TECHNICAL ISSUE, phoned them up and they promised to deliver my order on the day we needed it for an event when i had booked for the day before to avoid any disappointment. The order got delivered after the event, absolutely making the event a total disaster.

I can’t tell if the cake was old or that’s just how they make them but all four slices that I received were dry with cracked dried frosting on top. Pretty disappointed.

We have ordered this cake a few times between me and my husband. Both being Vegan it’s really hard to find great Vegan cakes for our birthdays. Unfortunately I found the cake very dry and not like the previous occasions when ordered. We both agreed that it tasted a lot dry then other times.

Make sure you order with a delivery date a few days before your celebration. Late deliveries that miss the day the cake as needed are brushed off by Cutter & Squidge as not their problem. Shocking service

I ordered Passionfruit And Pistachio Cake for my mom and this was not fresh at all. Not happy with the cake at all. I think it was a few days old cake.

Who are these spamming buffoons and why are they sending me dozens of unsolicited emails despite my asking them to unsubscribe me many, many times? This is against the law and I have now sought the help of the ICO who will doutbless come down hard on these charlatans. Unless you want you inbox filled with drivel, do not contact this mad company.

Cutter and Squidge not only failed to deliver a Christmas gift cake despite the order was made well in advance, but their customer service put the responsibility with the delivery company for the fail. Although the website gave me the option for a next day delivery for my postcode on certain cakes (I have the picture to prove this), which I chose and paid the express delivery fee, the cake never arrived despite countless calls and emails to the customer service and my efforts to speak to a manager was disregarded. As the cake was a Christmas gift, we had requested our hosting family to not get any desserts as we had ordered a cake which made this whole thing even embarrassing for us. I tried asking customer service immediately to send another cake to the address as a redemption to our hosting family for the mess and they refused to do that but instead offered a £20 credit note for next purchase despite me notifying them that I will close my account with them and not order again. If they provided correct information in their website and write a two day delivery instead a next day delivery option, I would have chosen another local option to save the hustle. Their customer service attitude was completely unacceptable to which I kindly noted that is was their responsibility until a product they sell gets to the final destination, the customer. Especially as this service was charged and paid well ahead of time. I expect nothing but the service they promote in the website, at the time stated, for the expense asked and if they can’t achieve that, then they are misinforming their clients and can’t comply with their own rules.

Had the mixed cookies from cutter and squidge about 3 years ago and there were so good. When I got a promotion at work last month I ordered these cookies as a reward and they were awful. Not sure if they changed the recipe or it was a bad batch, but I was very disappointed
