“Apparently my refund was processed o 29 July and would take 3-5 working days, its now 10 working days and I have every excuse in the book why I haven't had it yet. A shame as when I was making purchase enquiries you were a lovely company to deal with. We know where your priorities lie. Who knows what I may have gone on to buy in the future had you been decent?”
“Never come across a company with as poor customer service as this. Imagine as a customer being made to feel like you are in the wrong, due to a manufacturing fault on their side. My suggestion: Don't buy this chair, and certainly don't buy from this seller. It's cheap, becuase you get a cheap product with even cheaper customer service. AWFUL.”
“Absolutely terrible customer service. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. Had a phone call a week after ordering with a delivery date. The driver called me to check my address, he then told me I'm too far away and won't be able to delivery today! Since then I've sent about 20 emails to customer service with no resolution at all! I've never dealt with a company like it, spent over £500 here and don't seem to care about their customers, there is only so long you can use COVID as an excuse. Website states 48 hours to get back to emails, if only this were true! And no phone number either. Now I have the fight on my hands to get my money back. Really unhappy, please avoid people, absolute joke.”
“So seemingly staying 5 miles from Glasgow city centre and 1 mile from Glasgow International Airport is too remote for them. They cancelled our order. This it terrible service for an online retailer. And this after saying online 'free UK delivery' which turned into £16 as we're clearly not in the UK. Then after accepting the order they cancel it the next day as Glasgow is too difficult to find. I'm sure they'll blame their couriers when they could easily choose another like every other decent UK based company does.”

“Although my experience wasn't the best start, I am happy with this company because of how they dealt with my query. I ordered a desk which ultimately arrived with a damaged corner. I emailed them and sent a photo as proof. Without delay, they responded to ask if I wanted a refund on replacement. I was happy with the service as the customer service team were helpful, efficient and quick. A big customer thumbs up - its not always about the product, the full experience is just as important! :)”
