I have been in contact with customer services over the last few weeks exchanging numerous time consuming emails and photo/video evidence to which they will not provide me with a full refund as requested due to the bed not working as it should!
They want me to buy new boxes (old boxes had to be thrown out as were damp dirty and ripped upon delivery) big enough to re package the bed, send a photo of it packaged then they will arrange a pick up which could take up to 10 days and then exchange the bed which could take another god knows how many weeks to be delivered.

Two months have passed and still waiting for my order which should have arrived by 19th December. They took my money knowing the item I had purchased was not in stock.
Stressed with keep chasing them and again told 2 weeks ago it would be going out for delivery.
Found this page this morning and all my fears confirmed. I will be asking for my money back on Monday.
