“This is not what I thought I would be. I was expecting to get Amazon deliveries at least twice a week, but it seems like it’s only twice a month. I’ve had to contact customer service multiple time to find out why I’m not receiving any orders.”
“Have not been receiving boxes as much as advertised also not receiving any products as advertised. First month was so so but second month barely anything. Very disappointing.”
“Great concept, but the things I have gotten have been junk! Wrapping paper, dog feet socks, gender reveal plates, no thank you! To pay 64.00 a month for this stuff is not worth it. So I will keep my money and pass on the nonsense! I tried to suggest and make it known of the nonsense gifts but customer service did nothing to make it good on the gifts. So thanks for nothing!”
“I absolutely love the idea of this subscription and I enjoy getting random stuff from Amazon. That being said, there are a lot of issues with this service. First, it was very difficult to link my Amazon account the first time. Also after the first month it unlinked for some reason and had a hard time keeping it linked. Another thing, after the first month, I didn’t receive anything for almost the whole second month. And the items that don’t come they say it doesn’t count toward the 10 items a month. Well I don’t think is true. Because I didn’t get the full 10 the first month and I haven’t gotten a full ten items the second month. I feel like I have had more frustration with this subscription than I anything. The price is a little steep for all the issue that happen. I wish I could actually get 10 items a month and not have issues linking my Amazon account. Customer service is great and very attentive and understanding!”
“The first month I got a lot of boxes. The second month hardly any. They sent random things, like replacement sun visors for a car you don’t own or foam ammo for a toy your kids don’t have. Definitely didn’t receive any of the cool things they post about.”
“I was so eager to try Daily Box Club so I could receive 10-20 boxes per month however that has not occurred. I have been a member for 3.5 months and only received 19 boxes. However, Daily Box Club has been more than accommodating by refunding my subscription money as well as extending my subscription without further payment. It can be frustrating to order Amazon on your own because DBC will be adding random stuff to your cart That being said, I do love what I have received from Daily Box Club. I recently received a $159 Telescope. I will keep my subscription as long as I get 2-4 boxes a week.”
