“Honestly baffled by the amount of boxes that never arrived or are “sent” then suddenly get cancelled. 3 out of every 5 boxes never come even though if you look at your account they show as part of the “total” boxes sent.it’s usually the more expensive items that you never actually receive.”
“I am throughly enjoying the Daily Box Club. Sometimes I get what email says is on th way to me and sometimes I do not get the item, surprise is the whole point!!! I'm sharing what I dont keep with my coworkers. I work in pediatrics and they have been enjoying the fun toy sets, that I get. MY boyfriend had benefited from tons of stuff he needed and I just look forward truly every day to see what is coming down the pipe. And Items I dont keep or find a home for I will be giving away at christmas, something my mom did every year.”
“I only gave it a 3 stars rating because have of the time when a big item is added to what I am supposed to recieve it ends up canceling and that is very disapointing, I would rather it not be added because 9 times out of 10 it gets cancelled. and out of the few ppl I know that do it and even the tik tok that I followed to actually start it said it was going to be $35 dollars a month, I pay $65 a month which is the higher end, to have so many things get cancelled and I dont end up getting is disapointing for sure. otherwise I love it.”
“The first month I would have gave daily box club 1 star but the next month they really came through and I feel like I definitely got more than my money's worth. I would definitely recommend, and have recommended to family and friends! Best subscription ever. The only downside is there's a quite a few things that says I received and I don't actually receive it but it's fine because they sent enough items to make up for those things I feel like.”
“I am receiving boxes that was not in my personalization. I do not have pets or young children and I have received boxes pertaining as such. Any of the good boxes were canceled for whatever reason”
“I have received items that are not part of my profile selection. Several items that were ordered got canceled for some reason. I sent email to customer service regarding the cancellation with no response. Some items were of great value but the majority of the items were not in the areas of the selection.”
“A lot of items I received are either a hit or miss.
Majority of the more valuable items that I would have really liked to have received never showed up due to inventory selling out but it still appears on the daily box club list that they state they sent you when they actually didn’t and so the total value amount and number of items shown at the top of the account is wrong entirely.
On of the hand some of the items that were selected and sent out were great products and not cheap in quality. I do admit the amount of gifts provided each month is definitely worth the cost for the monthly subscription but I do wish that they would select items that are more on things that are in my interest list and the size of clothes being the size I wear as that is not always accurate either.
All in all I like the idea and the overall experience of this subscription so I will continue to do it as I have only been doing this for about 3-4 months so far. Fingers crossed for an improvement in the selected items that I receive.”
“I was excited at first. Then I got maybe 3 shipments in 40 days, a 2 pack of petite tank tops twice, one i was charged for and a wind chime. It was not worth 20 bucks let alone 60 so I was very dissatisfied. After cancelation, I still got billed and had to cancel again and wait 5-10 days for their error.”
“I think there is a disconnect with what has been ordered and canceled or waiting for items but are calculated in our total on the site. Also you need a box to check if item was received and a short review if it is even the right item. We have received different items or sizes than what was stated was ordered.
Also we checked what items we would like and it seems that you are not following those suggestions or sizes. We have gotten baby and men's items clothing that we did not put as a suggestion”
“I would like it if my orders didn’t get canceled as often as they do and that some of the weirder items weren’t included. All that being said, it’s still a pretty fun experience.”
