“I have received some awesome items (tablet, Bluetooth speaker, bento lunch box, knitted blanket)and it is fun to get surprises in the mail. Over half the items end up canceled or delayed for an unknown amount of time so you don't receive the minimum 10 packages per month. Despite this the items I have gotten are worth being a part of the daily box club. I am still hopeful that my not shipped items will ship soon.”
“I joined a few weeks ago and have had problems ever since. First my Amazon acct wasn't linking up. I finally figured that out and today I got something about my address isn't correct. I received a package from Amazon today for something I ordered and get my other packages without any problems so I'm not sure what's going on. I keep checking back because on reviews people are getting packages within 3 days. It's been a few weeks now and I've got nothing.”
“So I like the concept of this program, but what i don't like is that almost every order comes during the overnight hours so if it is something I don't want I don't get the chance to cancel it. Also, I'm getting things that aren't part of the things I said I like, for example, I'm getting a lot of baby items and I do not have any babies in my house. It also seems that days go by with out anything, which is ok if that is how it is suppose to happen but for the price I would think that either I would see more packages at lower cost or less packages at higher costs, but I am not seeing either. When I message customer service I get told that they are working on the "bugs" and that it should be working better now but that isn't the case.”
“So far the variety as been interesting and the value of everything as far exceed the cost that I've spent. I do however wish there was a bit more of a time lapse between the email notification from daily box and when it is shipped from Amazon so that if it is an item that I don't want I can cancel it.”
“Subscription guaranteed a minimum of 10 packages. Initial month only received 9 packages. Second month renewal kept needing to be reconnected to my Amazon account. Only received 1 package for the $64 renewal fee in the second month. Customer Service only suggestion was to reconnect account and extend service month 3 weeks. Still nothing.”
“I'm giving a 3-star rating because most of the items I receive are unusable for me, leading me to give them away. For instance, I've received a lot of baby items, even though I don't have a baby. While the service allows you to choose your preferences in your profile, it doesn't seem to make a difference, as I rarely receive items that match my likes.”
