“I joined under the anticipation of the excitement based on race reviews that everyone was leaving. However in my first month although I did receive 10 items, my account shows more than 10 items shipped but some never arrived. It is not clear what you should do in those situations. I have also received items not selected in my preferences section including toddler sized clothes and I have an 11 year old daughter. I want to love the subscription and am trying to be patient so I signed up for a second month to see if my first month may have been a fluke but I have less than a week left for this month and have only received two items. It's just frustrating on my end to feel forgotten - others are posting amazing deals and items and my experience has been sub par at best. I don't want to cancel but this really doesn't look promising like all of the online reviews state that it is fun and exciting. The items that have arrived that don't interest me really aren't giftable to anyone else either.”
“I was so excited to sign up and once I did it took almost a month to start receiving items. Everything was fine then their system wanted me to verify my account again and that’s when I stopped receiving items again for a month. So out of three months I only received items for a month. My son is also sad because he enjoyed receiving random items, they have taken the wind out of our sales. Will not recommend to anyone.”
“I LOVE GETTING PACKAGES IN THE MAIL. IT WOULD BE EVEN BETTER IF I GOT SOMETHING` THAT I COULD USE, EVERYTHING I HAVE GOTTEN I CAN 'T USE. SHOES AND CLOTHES TOO SMALL. “When I joined the Daily Box Club I was excited about possibly receiving mystery boxes weekly, but that wasn't my experience at all. After joining it took over two weeks for me to receive anything. After making a few complaints the person assisting me (extremely nice) informed me that I would be receiving 2 items. However, shortly after that, nothing was as advertised. Now after the 15 items on my dashboard saying was sent I only actually received 8 items. Not to mention I joined in August and it is now November.”
“I am not got anything that that's supposed to get that day when I picked it also I have not got everything weekly delivery to my house that only got nine items don't act from the time I started till now and this is October the 31st also the eyes I do have it is from the 99 cent store real cheap some smaller stuff I thought it was for my granddaughter and I'm not being funny customer service say 10 minutes I might not have nothing from them from a day or two this is I do not recommend this to no one”
“I’d give a ZERO yet not available!! I was hooked after seeing influencer’s showing items received had me hooked!! Joined and nothing like I expected, very let down by not receiving all items. Especially this month of October. Only received 2 items!!.. 😩😭🥺😢 Whatever is going on hope it gets fixed. Upset as well about counting items for a month as being received as well, when in actuality it was shipped the following.. Upset when filling out areas of size in clothing, shoes sizes, male or female and so on, that we get sent stuff we didn’t ask for at all. My question to this company would be why fill out anything if we get sent something totally different.. Kinda useless!!!… Hope we can fix this mess!!! I have friends ask about this company and I have to be honest to them..”
“I had been a subscriber for the service for four months. Didn't receive ONE box. $246 later, I was asked to relink my Amazon account. Now, if I have to pay for the service of receiving the boxes, and the boxes come FROM Amazon, I don't understand why I have to relink my Amazon account. I didn't have to relink the payment method for them to accurately and timely receive their payment!”
“I’ve recived 1 item since September 14th… the staff continues to tell me to do this do that to my account which I continue to do and nothing changes. I was looking forward to every day being Christmas but like I said, I’ve received one item and it’s a daily job contacting the company, asking why I’m still continuing not to receive anything.”
“Everything was good at first I was loving daily box,but last month I didn’t receive what the said I would in boxes I only receive 2 things, on person witch is a guy,he said he would give me Oct free and I pay in November but then the lady told me to my renewal is now and I pay in November,either their not communicating with each other or I was lied to about the free month…I sent a message today and was told I will have it back up and still nothing at this point I give up”
