I can’t even shop in put items in my cart every time I go to pay there are 33 to 50 orders in my basket it takes forever to delete the items then I end up deleting my items this is very annoying

I haven’t received the minimum number of boxes in 3 months. Several or my boxes (especially electronics) never arrive.

Haven't gotten any items in a bit and a couple items have not received though it shows they should have been received by end of May. There have been a few nice items but so far the majority of items are not things I would use and are on the cheaper side.

Daily Box Club started out great first month was wonderful some fun and crazy stuff. Definitely worth the money. Then it went downhill. First of all they have a profile where you can tell them things you don’t want and I have just a few things that I wouldn’t want to get and guess what that’s all I get. Then the last straw was receiving a note from a seller on Amazon that they were scammed by daily box club and was hoping I would return my item so they wouldn’t go out of business. The return would have cost me more money so I declined to return it. Customer service is terrible and they don’t have a clue how their system works. Didn’t get anywhere after I sent a request not to receive children and baby items. I was told I could cancel the items on Amazon if I didn’t want them. But then I went weeks without receiving much. Now it’s back to kids items and trying to send me breast pumps. They don’t follow the profile I received shoes that were way to big or way to small. If you don’t mind that they don’t care what the send you then go right ahead and join. You see all these wonderful gifts in their ads but they are few and far between and I haven’t seen anything like that come up for us. If they could work out the profile kinks and upped their customer service it would be worth it. Here is the notes I got from a seller.. I like the concept; and alot of the items are cool!! My only complaint is that some of the orders get cancelled.. I got really excited because I finally got an expensive item ($300 value) in my cart and then it was cancelled.. it still shows on my box value,, but I've had 4 items cancelled in my 2 months of being subscribed.. I'm gonna stick with it one more month and see if it's a regular occurrence

They advertise you will get at least 2 boxes a week. I'm now in my 4th week and have not received anything, since May 10th. So far, not pleased with the program. They also say that I've received 19 items which is not true. I've received maybe 10 items. Not worth the money. I've been charged for 3 months now and am very disappointed.

It’s good when it’s working. Have to reverify acct all the time, sometimes you get boxes a couple times in a week. When you first sign up they send rapid fire now I wait like a week or so in between. Should be called the sometimes box club rather than daily.

Really enjoyed the month that I signed up for so am making it a permanent subscription. Got all sorts of cool products. So worth the money.

At first it was amazing, Now it seems like every other day I am having to re verify account. It has been a real bother. Also it has been over a month since my last shipment.

I keep getting emails that my account needs re-verified. Today, I received 5 so far -- at 3:42pm, 3:55pm, 4:08pm, 4:22 pm, and 4:35pm. When I check, the account is fine and paired. When I first started I needed to re-verify my account 4 times over the course of the first 2 weeks. Is my Amazon account hacked? Is Daily Box Club secure enough?

I have subscribed for the service and selected my preferences. I am a male and did not select anything that is female. They have selected breast pumps as one of my boxes. 🙄

A few of the items have been great but some of them I can't use. For example, the snowboard bag, I live in Georgia on the coast. I do not need this. Also, I have gotten a few Apple products when I don't own any Apple electronics. Other than those things, I enjoy what I have gotten.

Right now there seems to be a lot of issues. Stuff gets moved around. I haven’t gotten a box in a week and you often get emails from companies on Amazon saying they “didn’t realize” that it was being sold for 0$ with their deal and they try to scam the item back from you. Additionally, they delete everything out of your Amazon cart when working and often dump a ton of stuff into your saved for later once they’re unable to purchase them. It’s pretty hectic. I’ve gotten nothing that I really love. It’s not really worth all the hype.
