“Absolutely loved it the first month. Got a lot of things that I loved and was totally worth it. But then after that first month it keeps asking me to resign into Amazon and I haven’t gotten anything and have had to sign into Amazon like everyday…”
“The items selected to send doesn't match the selection that were made in the sign up process. I have no children yet I get sent children items. I have not received anything in the category of which I selected. I received iphone charging cables I don't own any iPhones, I have android only. And now it says my password is incorrect and I use auto save so I know it the right password. Not very satisfied with this membership.”
“I'm a little over half way into my first month. So far, I'm unimpressed. I've received two items with a total retail value of $55. That's decent, I suppose, it's almost what I paid for the month. The items though are not things I will personally make use of. Still hoping for something that makes me want to keep going. There's time. We'll see.”

“The way it was put to me is that you would receive several boxes a month. I have received 2 boxes since January 5. I just got them last week it is now February 13. I have received a total of about 10 boxes since I started back I think it was either the end of November or the beginning of December.”
“I’ve been trying since December to figure out why I have not been receiving any boxes from the data box club. My accounts have been paired verified. I wrote numerous emails trying to figure this out and yet I still have not received anything for January or February and I started my account in November and only received two boxes since then.”
“To be completely honest, I rated a three out of five, because I was a little unsure of the process once my funds had been received. Once I paid and connected my Amazon account all I’ve seen for the past six hours is your box is being processed. I’ve reached out to customer service so it’s a minimum wait of 30 minutes. Let’s see how that goes and how much information I get about this daily box program/club and then I can possibly change my review and the stars that I give. so it’s clear I’m not saying it’s good or bad yet just a little confused with the starting process”
“So far it has honestly been a hassle... giving it one more month... if the 11 items it says I've gotten only 6 actually came... others were canceled... alot of account issues getting it to work properly. I will say the reason I even gave it 3 stars at this point is bc of the customer service. Their chat feature is nice and the ppl are helpful and friendly.
The concept of this club is really neat I am hoping it gets better!”
“The fitst membership was okay there was serval times I had to reconnect my account like for seven days straight. then I stopped getting boxes.I just renewed my membership last week and nothing has happened no actuvity at all.”
“My experience started off great. Then it has went downhill. I barely get anything anymore. I am told I will receive an item and then it is canceled but still listed on the site that It was received. Or I will even receive a pair of socks worth $5 instead of an item worth $30 like stated. I have to consistently log into the site to decertify to get items but now I can not even log in it is giving me an error. I know my correct info so I’m not sure what’s going on. I like to keep participating in the box club but it is not really paying off at all. I feel like I’m just throwing $64 away monthly. And I noticed it is $54. So why am I charged $64. Just not happy with it at all right now.”
“It's not bad, however, most of the items that I really looked forward to getting ended up being cancelled before they ever shipped. And a few of the items are really worthless to me, such as, carbon filters for a specific hot tub that I don't own, a doorbell transformer, or, the most recent item, that I haven't received yet, an electric charging system for a specific model electric car. I don't own an electric car. Overall, I still feel it's worth it for the monthly fee....”
“Twice now I have been sent items that I was charged for. When it is advertised that I would not get charged for except for the month fee. In trying to reach out to get this resolved I keep getting a message that say I will get on email response in 20 minutes. Yet no response is ever done.”
