“I'm giving a 3-star rating because most of the items I receive are unusable for me, leading me to give them away. For instance, I've received a lot of baby items, even though I don't have a baby. While the service allows you to choose your preferences in your profile, it doesn't seem to make a difference, as I rarely receive items that match my likes.”
“The items that were sent to me were not relevant to what it is that I like. They sent me things that I would have no use for. I will give it another chance to see if I maybe the itmes they will select for me will be better.”
“When I first joined, I was excited with the things I was getting but quickly realize that 1 I was donating more than I was keeping and 2 there were lots of things I received notifications for but then they were cancelled as unavailable. Overall, I will probably cancel in a couple of weeks.”
“There have been several items that I did not receive even though it said I had received them and then a couple of the larger priced items that ended up getting canceled.”
“I do love this idea of getting suprise gifts. But I have had issues with actually receiving them. Most items go into my cart and say they are arriving on a day and then they dissappear and don't ship to me, but it shows on my daily box account that I did receive that item. This makes it look like I'm receiving thousands of dollar worth of stuff when in reality I'm not.”
“I do enjoy it. I normally don't even check to see what's coming so that I am surprised when I get a package. I did receive an email from a company about a product asking me to send it back though. Which I thought was weird. Other than that I would like to receive more things rather than see things put in the wish list.”

“Honestly baffled by the amount of boxes that never arrived or are “sent” then suddenly get cancelled. 3 out of every 5 boxes never come even though if you look at your account they show as part of the “total” boxes sent.it’s usually the more expensive items that you never actually receive.”
“I only gave it a 3 stars rating because have of the time when a big item is added to what I am supposed to recieve it ends up canceling and that is very disapointing, I would rather it not be added because 9 times out of 10 it gets cancelled. and out of the few ppl I know that do it and even the tik tok that I followed to actually start it said it was going to be $35 dollars a month, I pay $65 a month which is the higher end, to have so many things get cancelled and I dont end up getting is disapointing for sure. otherwise I love it.”
“I think there is a disconnect with what has been ordered and canceled or waiting for items but are calculated in our total on the site. Also you need a box to check if item was received and a short review if it is even the right item. We have received different items or sizes than what was stated was ordered.
Also we checked what items we would like and it seems that you are not following those suggestions or sizes. We have gotten baby and men's items clothing that we did not put as a suggestion”
“I would like it if my orders didn’t get canceled as often as they do and that some of the weirder items weren’t included. All that being said, it’s still a pretty fun experience.”
“Honestly, I have had a few hiccups so far. I have received baby swaddler blankets and a pet pad for the food and water bowls. I'm using the pad right now. Everyone has been so nice trying to resolve the issues I have had. I appreciate it. I'm looking forward to the next box.”
“Although this is a perfect subscription, I will continue with it no matter what. Some of the items sent didn't make sense based on the way the questions were answered to see what I was interested in. The other negative is you will have an item in your dashboard that was canceled by either Amazon/The company but will not be removed from your dashboard making it appear that you received more than you have. You also have no one to call to find out why an order was cancelled and the chat for the most part is not always available”
