“In the past three months, I have reecived one product. Some probiotic drops. I am constanly getting emails asking me to reconnect my amazon account. I have done this over and over.
This has been fraudulent since I have only received one product and have repeatedly reached out for help.

“The fitst membership was okay there was serval times I had to reconnect my account like for seven days straight. then I stopped getting boxes.I just renewed my membership last week and nothing has happened no actuvity at all.”

“I joined Daily Box Club just to see what it was all about and I am so happy I did. it is so exciting to get packages almost everyday. I have gotten so much more than the cost of the subscription price. I was able to make a lot of my family happy with special Christmas gifts.”
“I have only received half of what my dashboard says that I am getting, and I have a lot of activity on my account in my cart daily 50 to 100 items in my cart daily. That aren’t mine like somebody else is ordering off my account and the things I get like iPhone cases, not my size a chainsaw blade I don’t have a chainsaw and a lot of other items that don’t fit me or I don’t have so I will be canceling next month. The first month was good but not the second month.”
“My experience started off great. Then it has went downhill. I barely get anything anymore. I am told I will receive an item and then it is canceled but still listed on the site that It was received. Or I will even receive a pair of socks worth $5 instead of an item worth $30 like stated. I have to consistently log into the site to decertify to get items but now I can not even log in it is giving me an error. I know my correct info so I’m not sure what’s going on. I like to keep participating in the box club but it is not really paying off at all. I feel like I’m just throwing $64 away monthly. And I noticed it is $54. So why am I charged $64. Just not happy with it at all right now.”
“I have been trying to speak with a rep haven’t gotten to waited online for one yesterday more then 3 times haven’t received a package this month at all spoke with a representative on multiple occasions said we’re working to make it a better experience I have been a customer since November and I have yet to see a response to daily box club and I see people on TikTok reporting 1000 of products they are getting and I figured I would give it 3 months before I gave y’all a bad review”
“I started DBC in November of 2023, I started getting items the same week. I've had a lot of cancellations of some really nice things,but have gotten some really nice things as well, was getting several items a week now down to one a week. Given it a 5 star because it has been good so far,

“It's not bad, however, most of the items that I really looked forward to getting ended up being cancelled before they ever shipped. And a few of the items are really worthless to me, such as, carbon filters for a specific hot tub that I don't own, a doorbell transformer, or, the most recent item, that I haven't received yet, an electric charging system for a specific model electric car. I don't own an electric car. Overall, I still feel it's worth it for the monthly fee....”

“Customer service is really good but the service is overrated. The boxes don’t arrive almost weeklyas advertised or even bimonthly. The boxes that are sent are completely useless. The projected items are 25% accurate and when accounts are to be cancelled-the site entices you by putting a high dollar item as a projected item. Essentially this is a high level scam with minimal effort”
