“I love getting packages from daily box but there have been a lot of problems. My Amazon acct always gets disconnected, or boxes just never arrive.
Otherwise I'm always excited when getting a package from Dailybox/Amazon.”
“At first it was awesome got some cool stuff then all of the sudden he package we kept getting were of ridiculous things with absolutely no use. And some awesome were selected but canceled by Amazon but for some reason that still counted as a shipped box. Went almost 2 months with only 2 pack wages and one was replacement stylus tips seriously? Sorry it was great at first but for the price I’ll pass”
“I didn't get some of the things that they said they were sending...when I contacted customer service they said sometimes the sellers run out of products...but then why say you're sending it??? So my dash reflects about 5 things that I never even received...BUT I did receive a backpack that I absolutely LOVE...and had I actually received the other products they would have been super useful...”
“I only have 2 issues with Daily Box Club. The first is that I keep receiving items baby/children related even though I don’t have that box checked. The other is that the higher value items that state when they’re expected but always end up being delayed and then never get them.”

“I love the deliveries and the different genre items. Although I have had to re-pair my accounts and is a nuisance and I don’t even receive any notice to re-pair my account. So if I didn’t keep checking on my own, I would never have known and would not receive boxes. I don’t think that’s fair and feel there should be a better tracking system or update notifications. I’m not sure just offering honest review and a suggestion.”
“I give this a bad review because I paid for one month and they say u will receive around 10 items a month. But the first month I only received 5 items. I am going to try one more month and see if it changes.”
“This is a great concept but I don’t believe the execution is as good as it could be. The deliveries are inconsistent and less than what was promised at sign up. Unfortunately in my experience, several of the boxes have not been delivered due to being unavailable but still show on my daily box club account as delivered making my “amount sent” amd “value” grossly inaccurate. Again, just to clarify, this could be great but as of right now it’s just ok. Probably will not continue unless I see improvement.”
“Well, when I first signed up. It was saying that you would receive up to 10 boxes a month and that it would just be different stuff so far. The stuff that I have received has been OK but I was thinking along the line that it would be more frequent than it has been, but overall I'm OK with the daily box club I just wish that I could get more girly stuff. I'm going to stay a member for a few more months just to see what I receive.”
“While I enjoy the concept of this service, "surprise boxess" there are thing I don't not like. The account dashboard shows totals but the totals are not accurate because sometimes things don't show up. So my total shows 34 boxes recieved while in reality I have only recieved 22 of the boxes they say that has been sent. It was easy to leave a chat message and they respond with in 24 hrs or less and have given me a few credits when I told them about items not showing up. I have also had the random seller contact me directly through Amazon to request I cancel the order or they may loose their job. I find that to be a bit off putting.
I have gotten some very useful items for my selfnor things I can use to as gifts.”
“When boxes are arriving it's great! Sometimes you get good stuff and sometimes you get not so good stuff, but it's always fun trying to figure out who you will give it away to! If you don't get a lot of boxes it's a little disappointing. If you don't get anything that was good it's a little expensive.”
“I like it but I haven't gotten anything real cool yet or that I could actually use. I have yet to get the amount of boxes but when I have texted them they have been phenomenal with giving me extra weeks or crediting me because of the lack of boxes.”
“Not receiving things that are listed. I’m gonna give I one more month to see what happen. Had lots of things in my basket to end up with a cup and flash cards… smh 2 if the items listed I never received.”
“Love the concept but there are a couple of snags that prevent me from giving all 5 stars.
The constant Re-activating is a pain but I’m told there is no way around it. I also seem to keep missing out on the ‘hot items’ but maybe it’s just my bad luck lol
There have also been several items that say they are being sent but I just have not received them. Apart from that I think it’s a fun getting mystery packages….when they actually get sent :)”
“After connecting them to my account I noticed lots of things were added to my cart. My old things were moved to save for later though. I removed things I wouldn’t be interested in hopefully this didn’t mess anything up. I checked reviews there are lots of people happy and there are lots of people upset about the things they’ve gotten that didn’t go along with their interest.”
