“Daily Box Club started out great first month was wonderful some fun and crazy stuff. Definitely worth the money. Then it went downhill. First of all they have a profile where you can tell them things you don’t want and I have just a few things that I wouldn’t want to get and guess what that’s all I get. Then the last straw was receiving a note from a seller on Amazon that they were scammed by daily box club and was hoping I would return my item so they wouldn’t go out of business. The return would have cost me more money so I declined to return it. Customer service is terrible and they don’t have a clue how their system works. Didn’t get anywhere after I sent a request not to receive children and baby items. I was told I could cancel the items on Amazon if I didn’t want them. But then I went weeks without receiving much. Now it’s back to kids items and trying to send me breast pumps. They don’t follow the profile I received shoes that were way to big or way to small. If you don’t mind that they don’t care what the send you then go right ahead and join. You see all these wonderful gifts in their ads but they are few and far between and I haven’t seen anything like that come up for us. If they could work out the profile kinks and upped their customer service it would be worth it. Here is the notes I got from a seller..

Dear Kellee, sorry to contact you again hope you reject or Returns the hair package Friend, hope you can feedback to me, most of the people got the wig through dailyboxclub, you didn't actually order it,It's just that our incorrect coupon promotion was caught by this, so you will receive a free wig that, the mistake make me in a big troubles, i guess i’ll pay 10 years salary to the mistake, pls give a young people once chance , a million thanks!

I have had nothing but trouble with Daily Box club! I will consider this.I’m not a mean person but your company should go after daily box club!

“I have to say, that for the amount of money that you pay to be in this "club", I am extremely disappointed! I paid $64 two months ago and have received absolutely nothing! I once received an email telling me I had 2 packages on the way and then one was canceled and the other one never arrived. I contacted support numerous times through the chat and basically, the only thing they could do was refund my money. I constantly paired my account with amazon, I did everything the support team told me to do and even though they assured me I'd be receiving packages soon, I did not. I have since canceled my membership and urge anyone looking into to this to be very cautious. i fell like i was scammed!!!”
