“The ordering and delivery was fantastic! I was so disappointed though as I own many pairs of Daniel boots but have never bought a pair in the sale. The boots arrived & felt a good size smaller which was frustrating as when I went to return I noticed that sale goods are NOT free returns so I had to pay to send them back which was disappointing. However, I did write to Daniel and they did offer me a free postage label, but I had already sent them back.”

“nice boots. Not happy with courier service. Did not even attempt to ring bell. Left boots in shop down road. Hermes are not user friendly. don't even know when they are coming. Jane”

“I've received the package very quickly and the item was as described , the only bad point was that when the postman knocked at 7pm I was in the shower and couldn't answer, so he thought it was a good idea just leaving the package there NOT next to the door, protected by the heavy rain, but right next to the thrash cans,looking like rubbish and to soak. He did leave a notice with "porch" written in it ,even though it wasn't porch at all, and fortunately I've took it after 30 min, it was soaked but waterproof enough to save the bag, but if for some reason I wouldn't be there for an extra day the package would have been taken with the trash. So I'm not very pleased with that.”

“Prompt delivery, easy to use website. I love Fly shoes so good value but need to get one shoe stretched as quite tight in comparison to the other so will delay their use otherwise no complaints really.”

“I love my gloves. My only complaint was that they were delivered to a neighbour on 23 December and Citilink had not left a card advising me that they had been delivered. (I also had not heard from the neighbour but it was around Christmas!) I phoned Daniel Footwear I think on the 27 December asking where my order was as it had been despatched. They did answer almost immediately and said Citilink had delivered to a neighbour. They took my phone number and called me back within minutes to advise where they had been delivered. I appreciate that Citilink had big issues and am relieved my order was delivered safely.”

“I am very happy with my purchase, I love my new bag! The only issue I do have with my order from Daniel Footwear is the packaging that was used for my item. When I received my bag it was in a plastic bag which I think is poor for the money that I spent on the item. I would have preferred for my bag to have been packaged in a box as I believe this is a better way of packaging an item and would ensure the item was safe from being marked during the courier process. Although my bag did not have a mark on it I just feel the packaging could have been better especially giving the amount of money which I spent with Daniel Footwear.”

“I bought these shoes but was disappointed they were almost 5 inches not 4 as advertised. Also my toes showed too much (toe cleavage) so these did not suit me. Send them back and Daniel were very quick to refund my money. Altogether a very positive shopping experience.”

“Good all round experience shopping for first time with Daniel. Wallet is gorgeous & I have quickly adapted to using a larger purse. Sumptuous leather & I love the extra little pocket next to inner zipped section. Wallet came beautifully packaged, with the exception of Daniel tag that had a staple in it, which left 4 indentations in the leather. However, after 'massaging' the affected area several times over a few days, I am pleased to say the offending marks have disappeared.”
