Where is my refund and why are the office staff not keeping me updated on what is happening. I ordered my Barbour Boots costing £151 on the 12th November and returned them on the 14th as they were to big. I followed the instructions and returned them with the paper work received. According to the tracker they were received on the 16th at the Royal Mail warehouse Tong Street. Royal Mail say you collect all returns from there yet the lady i spoke to say there is no record of them returning to the shop. Do you record what is collected from the Royal Mail Warehouse. My Tracker No is OS 8088 7920 2GB
