“AVOID! Have ordered two PCR test kits which have arrived timely. Posted them in a timely manner, Royal Mail confirmed delivery to the lab 25 hrs in advance of ferry departure. Received one test result 30 mins before boarding but not the other. Missed the ferry, had to re-book and pay for another round of lateral flow tests - £100. Lost 1 day of holiday. Complained on the 5th of August and had no response since!! Poor service, zero customer comms or support.”

“I purchased a PCR test to travel abroad. This was posted Wednesday 11th August at 8.30am in a priority postbox. This was just within the required 72hrs as our outward plane journey departed at 7.45am on Saturday 14th August. The test was collected that day and should have arrived at the lab within 24hrs as per Dante's guidance. Also from Dante's information the test would then be processed within 24hrs. This would have meant a result Friday 13th August, in adequate time for our outward flight. As it happens there was no result until we were in the air on Saturday 14th August, by which time it was too late. I tried to get in contact on the Friday but the reply was an automated "we are busy" email. I used this service as it was supposed to be efficient and timings work out nicely. As it happens I had to arrange a last minute test on Friday 13th, causing a lot of time, unnecessary stress and expense. This service fell short of what Dante committed and in the end was totally unnecessary as we had to go elsewhere to get the required result. Not worth the uncertainty and stress. Not fit for purpose.”

I have send my kit to them 4 days ago and still waiting for my result. On their website says results in 24hours. After few emails I got an answer saying that they are sorry about delay but no other answer about my result.”
“They didn't send the tests in time. They didn't send them in the time frame promised. I sent them straight back unopened. No refund. No response to my many calls/emails. NOTHING. The worst company to deal with ever. Don't waste your money. They are making a fortune doing nothing but sending out a few tests too late for them to be useful.”

Fit to fly results arrived after we had landed, despite following instructions.
Had to purchase last minute tests and a huge cost as the results were delayed. Despite priority posting - it took over 48hrs for them to receive them at the laboratory. Still waiting for a response and refund. I would sadly advise to avoid this company as a complete waste of money and time.

“We have ordered and received day 2 and 8 COVID tests for two relatives who are staying with us. We have only received the results for one person. I have been trying to contact Dante labs to request information about the missing results but I am still waiting for an answer after 9 days. I would not recommend this service at al!!”

Day 2 & Day PCR tetst arrived on Day 5. Samples were sent off, but no results were ever received. I have now asked for a refund. I will sue them if I don't hear back.”
“Avoid, avoid, avoid. The day they are government approved but that means nothing at all. Ordered and received day 2 test but no link to register the test. I fly in a few hours back to the UK and after around 20 email requests I STILL haven’t received the ‘separate email with the link to register’ the test meaning I cannot complete my passenger locator form to renter the UK. No customer service at all. Just an auto response email which does not contain the relevant link. No phone number. I have requested they call me about 10 times but no response.
If I get stuck at UK border patrol, having pre ordered all the relevant tests I will be taking Dante Labs to court for any expenses incurred.

I have purchased my day 2 and 8 and day 5 test and release on the 16th of July and I didn’t reactive my kits until the end of the day of the 20th. I’ve registered my kits and I never received any results from my 3 samples sent. I also had to stay at home for the whole 10 days period.
I’ve sent at least 5 emails now and I never received a response or any results. Awful costumer service! STAY AWAY”
“This is the worst covid testing company I have ever dealt with. There is no telephone contact and online messages are responded 2 to 3 days after. Customer services are so appalling. Test results for couples (as in my case) got sent to 1 person even though covid kits are registered separately. No confidentiality at all. Results of parties were also mixed up. Day 5 test to release is not worth it as you don't get results till day 7 if you are lucky or later. Cheap but inefficient. Should not be on the Government approved list. Please stay clear!!!”
