“I would give 100 stars if I could! Having spent the last 3 years thinking my broken internal hard drive was beyond retrieval (I’d tried a few specialists), I happened upon Data Recovery Specialists in a Google search, followed their oh so simple steps, and just a couple of days later, I received a phone call confirming almost all my precious invaluable family photos and videos had been recovered. It didn’t take long for the restored data to be returned to me and all the communications were absolutely spot on all the way through. I’ll always feel indebted to this company for giving me back my children’s baby photos! But honestly, my experience of the whole process was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Thank you Data Recovery Specialists!!”

“A hard drive with my DSLR photos died before I had a chance to back everything up. Data Recovery Specialist managed to repair the drive and get the important files back to me via Dropbox. The turnaround was very fast. I would recommend them to anyone who has a drive fail on them. Adam N”

“My hard drive stopped working when I accidentally used the wrong PSU sata cable. A quick Google search I found the Data Recovery Specialists, drive was collected by courier and was kept informed of the progress along the way. I got all my data recovered. Very professional - I would highly recommend them. 10/10”

“I had the unfortunate event of a USB External Hard Drive not being recognised in Windows 10 File Explorer, the drive was full of family photos. I was wary and rang around several companies and I choose this company based upon the no obligation quote. 100% of my data was recovered and my data was shipped back on a 10TB Hard Drive within 10 days, excellent service. They kept me up to date with the process, and provided a fast, efficient service and a friendly single contact person throughout. I would recommend the company if you have a broken hard drive.”

“I lost my data on an old Windows 7 laptop. Sent the hard drive off to datarecoveryspecialists and the managed to get back 95% of my data. It may not be cheap, but you can't but a price on memories. 100% would recommend them. Daniel Rees was a great contact too.”

“Great communications, swift service, and good results. Any complaints of them being overpriced are obviously from people who do not appreciate their depth of knowledge and skill. The costs of their data recovery tools and training would make your eyes water. Their prices are more than justified.”
