“I want to use this vaporizer. I got my product and there are no videos that actually show how to set up and load the product. I had to wait weeks to get a response providing a video that shows clearly how to load the product. Now, I think my product may need repair for factory damage and it's taking weeks to get back to those inquiries. I want to use this product so badly, it looks so cool. Please help me.”

“I ordered this vaporizer because I heard good things about quality and liked the easy to keep clean vapor path and temperature controls. I really liked the vaporizer for the few days that I had it before it stopped working. The chamber is cracked even with gentle use for less than 30 uses. I can't get a refund for the device, and I'm still waiting on replacement which wasn't even initiated when they emailed me saying I had to accept a warranty replacement due to no refunds and asked for my address. This could've definitely been handled better. I don't trust that the next replacement device isn't going to just crack like the other one. It was never dropped, kept gently cleaned, and never packed too hard or heavy and cracked within two weeks.”
