“I can’t speak on the product quality unfortunately. My vape was sent missing a part (it’s unusable without the part) and after 3 days I haven’t received a response.
Additionally, the shipping service didn’t call me before arriving since an adult had to sign. They also told me they’d come back on a day which they didn’t. I got lucky and they caught me home to sign for the package eventually.”

“Product is outstanding, as mentioned in my earlier review, I have purchased 4 so far. The problem is customer service or the lack of. I've had 2 issues that I've contacted Divinchi about , in a week's time. The first was about product return which took several days to receive a response on. The 2nd, is about product failure that I've been waiting almost 5 days, including the weekend, for confirmation that my submission was received. I love your product and understand the challenges of providing good customer service but there remains a large gap between Divinchi's customer service and their product quality.

“I bought the Da Vinci Micro about a month and a half ago and it’s already crapping out. I thought it might be my battery so I ordered extras but it still would not stay on, new battery, or old battery. I miss the ascent, I had it for 7 years. I don’t like where Da Vinci is headed with its products.”
“I just received my DaVinci MIQRO C. I really like it. I already have an IQC and an IQ2 CARBON, but I *may* not have bought the others had I not had these first. It doesn't have the bells and whistles like the other two, but it draws just perfectly and is very tiny and discreet. About the only complaint i have is with the dosage pods.For my IQs, I LOVE the dosage pods. In my CARBON, I use it only with pods to keep it cleaner. I do not recommend dosage pods for the MICRO. They are too little to work well with making them quite tedious. But your milage may differ. Otherwise, I have no hesitation purchasing anything from DaVinci because because of the fantastic customer service I've always had.”
“I would love to write a review, but I never got my vaporizer. The order was placed on November 4th, 2023. I first contacted them on Nov 24th, and I got a response by November 28th with a link to track the vaporizer and an apology explaining that it takes 2-4 weeks because " the product requires special shipping with a third-party courier." I checked the link that was provided (see picture). There was no movement for about 2 days, then again, no movement for 2 days, and then no movement for 4 days, and finally, it said "Out For Delivery" as of December 6th, 2023, 3:15 PM EST. Today, December 7th, 2023, 6:30 PM EST, still hasn't been delivered. The tracking link doesn't have any contact information. I sent another email to Davinci, and I got a generic response: "Please note our Customer Care team may have extended response times during this Holiday Season.
We're just a little behind, but we promise we will get to you!
We apologize ahead for any delays and thank you in advance for your patience." with a link to buy more Davinci products...”
“I am enjoying the change to dry vaping, having quit combusting tobacco over 10 years ago, I find this to be a great way to enjoy dry herbs. Fresh flavors and being able to control what your session is going to be like, makes this device, a great addition.
My only con is how hot the devise gets overall and the potential for stress on the battery, that repeated long sessions could cause.”

“The IQC has been great. I have been a Pax 3 user for the past couple of years until the IQC was recommended to me by a friend so I bought one. The taste coming out of the IQC was superior
and it is unbelievably smooth. The IQC operates at another level. I've since purchased 4 of them, sending them to family and friends who want a more healthy alternative. They can now be counted as fans. I give the unit itself, 5 stars. Divinchi customer service, brought the rating down to a 4 star. No one was rude, just non-responsvie. My rating below reflects my post-buying experience. The lack of response from customer service on both a support and return inquiry, was surprising. It does not match the product's performance.”
