Works great. Only problem I have is that it doesn't come with a charging block only the cable. I had a hard time finding a block that worked with charger. My extras I had would show chargeing but even after a few hours I still would have hardly charge.

I've used many different vapes, including the original Davinci IQ. this device has truly exceeded my expectations. it heats up quickly, is easy to clean, and I love the fact that I can replace the battery. you can stop your search and just buy this

Placed order over 3 weeks ago, I have received no communication or confirmation of shipment. This is not an inexpensive purchase and to handle in this manner is disappointing.

Awful experience. I will never purchase a vape pen from this company again. The order was placed November 3. Finally, today (November 21), the tracking information shows that the device "shipped from fulfillment gateway". Getting responses from customer service about status was extremely slow and as of today, Tuesday, November 21, I have not received a response to my follow up inquiry over the weekend. There is no phone number to reach a live agent. Horrible customer experience. I don't care about new regulations and shipping challenges. DaVinci needs to streamline the process and ship the product much faster than 2 weeks. There is no reasonable excuse for a product to ship more than 2 weeks after the order was placed. Ridiculous!

Hasn't even arrived! Ordered on 11/11 and it's now 11/21. And you're asking me to review it? I'm about ready to cancel my order or contact my bank and do a chargeback if they give me any problems.

Is great when it works . The battery stopped holding a charge at the 60 day mark . Purchased as new battery and have the same problem . Will be sending it in for repair .

So it’s my first DaVinci and I watched so many videos on how to use it and did my research so I am doing everything right, but I still cannot get mine to work even half as well as my other vapes that I owned. I really wanted to like it, but it’s a joke - my weed does not even get brown - this thing cannot heat up enough to burn the weed! I will give it 1 star for beautiful and smart design, but it just doesn’t do the only thing it needs to do - burn weed and produce smoke. Maybe it’s just defective but anyways it’s been 3 days and it just feels like a waste of $100. Sorry for a bad review, but my Ooze vape for $80 was just 100 times better and stronger.

IQ2 I bought the Ascend 6 years ago. What a great simple tool. Not complicated. Temp control, did what was needed. But, after 6 years of use, the temp controls couldn’t stay at temp and battery life was close to zero. So, it was time to buy another. The new IQ2 I bought last week is a technical challenge and to fu-fu for my liking. I’m not interested in Bluetooth connectivity. Which hasn’t been able to connect to my iPhone. I should not have bought this model and looked for one that gives me the basics. Quick heat, right temp range and an extendable mouth piece that is part of the vaporizer, not a separate piece that needs to be attached. Overworked, over thought. Sorry Davinci, I loved the Ascend and was hoping to replicate the wonderful experience I had with the IQ2. It does what’s required I won’t use the ‘add-ons’ at all as they aren’t of interest to me. Davinci, I may give this one away and buy the basic version. The build of the IQ2 is great. I haven’t had it long enough to comment on durability. I don’t think I’ll keep it long enough to post on durability.

not at all happy with the product. I purchased 2 new batteries because my pen stopped holding a charge. The new batteries didn't help so i inquired about my warranty exchange days ago and have not had any kind of reply from the company. not happy at all.

DaVinci stands behind there products for 10 years I bought an iq2 8 years ago and when it breaks they send me another one

Great device. Expensive yes but you get a quality product. Only one downside. Bluetooth. Easy fix tho. It seems a lot of people had similar battery drain issues. Everytime you take the battery out, to charge or swap whatever, and then put it back in it turns bluetooth back on by default! These kind of batteries are not good with something constant like bluetooth searching. Thus you should not even use the bluetooth features. I turned the bluetooth off and keep the battery in the IQC and just charge through the device. No problems since. Will update if anything changes.

I havent even had it for a month and it is experiencing a battery issue it’s widely known for. Never purchasing from them again

1. It took over two weeks to deliver. 2. Customer service is useless email responses that does not help at all. 3. I have been trying to get support since the day I received my order. Now you are telling me that in order to get my refund I have to return it in original unopened package within two weeks????? You have WASTED my time for the last three weeks. Why don't you just say NO customer service, NO refund. Thank would have been more honest. BDW, THERE IS NO LIVE CHAT OR TELEPHONE OPTION
