“Ordered from these people 2 weeks ago. Received a confirmation email for my order. They said they would provide an email when order shipped. Still no email. All attempts to contact these people have failed. Called, was directed to email. Emailed 5 times, all emails bounced back. Going to call my credit company and claim fraud. Horrible.”
“The vaporizer's great, but that's not why this review is a 1, the review is a 1 because the site is a disaster. You can't contact support because it's just horrible, you go there and you click on support and it leads to literally nowhere. Please fix the site.”
“After nearly a month, I finally received my order. I ended up with the wrong batteries. I sent you an email yesterday, no response! Is this what you need to hear? I chose over a month below, definitely over 7 days. What can you do to improve this order?”
“I bought into the IQ2 ecosystem. The dosage pods, grinder, hydro tube, and the works. I really like the build quality and thoughtfulness of it all... Except for the hydro tube. My only feedback on the vaporizer would be sturdier hinges and that they should include the spacers with the device. The hydro tube I bought worked awesome for like two weeks, and then one day I started a session, walked away to clean up after working outside and came back to the device being powered off, soaked in water and leaking brown water. The hydro tube cracked from the inside out.
That's where my problem with Davinci starts. I emailed Davinci support immediately, and did my best to dry out the device. I was worried the vaporizer was ruined, but the device seems to be okay. Even more upsetting than feeling a little ripped off by the hydro tube is the fact that it's been days since I reached out for advice, and I still haven't heard back on my support request. I must have spent $500 or more with these guys over the past couple months, and I was really disappointed that I couldn't get a hold of anyone for some advice. I don't expect them to do anything now, but it would have been cool if someone had taken a moment and gotten back to me with some suggestions on how to dry everything out to save it.
In all I don't plan to switch right now, but I don't see myself replacing my Davinci stuff with more Davinci stuff when it breaks or wears out.”
“I’ve received this request for a review before I’ve received the product. The product has supposedly shipped, but I haven’t seen anything and it’s been over two weeks. I’ve sent two emails asking for a tracking number and haven’t received a response. I did get a response from my email provider saying that they couldn’t deliver my email. I might have been scammed.”
“Outstanding, customer service! The team at davinci went above and beyond. for a simple battery issue they exceeded my expectations by gifting me one. It's the small things that will keep me a loyal customer.”
“I bought my vape in July, by the end of September it was dead. I did get the 10% battery signal so ordered a new battery and charger, charged both batteries and both register 10% charge.
Very disappointing.”
“It has been over two weeks since I ordered my DaVinci vaporizer and I still haven't received it. I even opted to pay extra for "expedited" shipping, which has proven to be anything but.
Dealing with DaVinci customer service is a horrific experience since there's only a chat option and no way to actually talk to a person to quickly resolve an issue. After spending 45 minutes on the irritating chat interface with a representative they said the delay was due to a warehouse move, and they would refund my expedited shipping fee, and that the vape would ship within 24-48 hours. It didn't.
When it finally shipped about 72 hours after the chat it seems like they didn't send it by expedited shipping as it has been with USPS for over a week at this point.
I actually had a Davinci vape before and loved it. After using it regularly for ~3-4 years I decided to upgrade to a new one, and was looking forward to the new model. At this point I'm not even sure I want to be a customer of a company whose service is so bad.
In 2023 "Expedited" shipping has come to mean within 24 hours of placing the order, with delivery within 2-3 days of that for a total of 3-4 days from order to receipt. Most e-commerce stores offer far better than that so that's a bare minimum for what "expedited" should mean. Currently I'm at 14+ days with no sign of the vape on the horizon. Truly disappointing.
Can't really answer most of the questions below as the delivery hasn't even happened yet, though the survey about how my experience has been is. It has been incredibly disappointing. Based on past experience I'm hopeful the product will be good, if it ever gets here.”
“Didn't work right out of the box. Won't charge. Immediately clicked email link and sent to customer service- email came back as undeliverable. Tried again today with no reply. This is the 3rd email from the company (congrats, how to, blah blah) following purchase but no customer support. just want a label to return and want my money back.”
“Really short battery. Not really getting a great hit off it either. Pretty lackluster and find myself just hitting it til the battery dies to get even a decent buzz”
“I ordered my Davinci Vaporizer ten days ago with expedited shipping. However I have yet to receive this order. The USPS tracking information hasn't been updated in 6days.”
“My first battery lasted a month then would not hold a charge. Bought a new one from them. I noticed that the unit would not register the charge amount properly and kept saying the battery was full when it was empty over and over just as in the first battery. I noticed a gas coming from the second battery. So upon looking up possible lithium explosions, I have no faith in this product which does not register charges properly and can easily lead to overcharging. No way would I possibly use such a device. Who would???”
“Overall it's a decent product but there are a few flaws. The battery life is terrible. I use it twice for about 10 minutes and it already eats through half the battery life. The top latch is difficult to open and the part of the case where the latch is located is very sharp. I have sliced both of my thumbs trying to open it. The edges of the case are even beveled just like a knife. Very poor design.”
