“I love the vaporizer, however you need to put more herb in than I need for 2 or 3 hits. And you end up wasting quite a bit. You should develope a smaller capsule that you could switch out.”

“I'm surprised this company is stil in business. They screwed up my last two orders, but never again. Nothing but delays and lies. Delete any customer information you have on me and lose my email address. I will never purchase any of your products ever again!”

“Been a Fire Fly 2 year for years. Switched to IQC and I’m a believer in this well designed vaporizer. Works as described and the flexibility of heat levels can be personalized. So far a great product!”

“First I went to the websiet to purchase an IQ3. They were available on the website so I purchased a black one. Then I received notification that my device had shipped and was sitting in a Las Vegas distribution facility. Then the device sat at that facility with no updates for 3 days. Then I received a notification that Davinci had received by support ticket. I never entered a support ticket. Turns out they opened the ticket, put no information in the ticket, and then only gave more information once I replied 5 HOURS LATER! Turns out hey never had any devices in the first place and had never shipped my device. They told me they could hold my order and send it out in 2 weeks once they receive more devices in stock. For a device of this cost this level of customer service is unacceptable. It seems like a game the company plays hoping people will keep their orders.”

“I love the design, it’s sleek and beautifully made. However, I have been unable to produce any vapor using IQ3. Wow, I do get a nice buzz, and the flavor is delicious at level three. Not once have I seen any type of cloud. So it feels really unsatisfying. I could use some guidance here. I am using your grinders your dosing pods and cleaning it after each use. I am using dry shake. I use it in the morning on level three and again in the afternoon on level four. But I do find it unsatisfying. please help. I made a very big investment. I want this to be my go to device.”

“I can't believe you would put a USB-C port on it and not follow the USB-C spec, forcing us to carry a C-A cable, which isn't materially different than carrying an A to mini-B cable.”

“I am still waiting for delivery, ordered 11/19, email shipped 11/29. Your website order status is delayed. Has fallen off usps for awaiting from sender. I sent email inquirey last week, still waiting for reply. I paid full price ahead of black friday and would like to know what the delay is. I was charged $319.48 on 11/30. Please respond. “It looks to be well designed and well made. However, the battery door on mine won't stay shut so it doesn't work. I have a trouble ticket open so hopefully I can get a replacement Soon. Customer service helped with the problem and I was able to get it working, as advertised, very enjoyable.”

“I still have not received my recent order after ten days. I wrote a note about this with no reply. I was about to cancel, buy yesterday I saw on the tracking site that it is actually on the way. You send a lot of advertising emails. You may want to work on your execution and customer service response.”
