I haven't received my package from Davinci yet. I wrote to y'all several days ago,and got a prompt, polite reply but I still don't have my purchase.

haven't received it yet. I was hoping to have it before I left for a trip yesterday, but it appears it got hung up in shipping. I won't be home until the 25th.

The shipping/customer service has been less than satisfactory. It's a product I need to sign for and yet I have no clue when it will be here. I emailed the company to find out an idea of when it might be here. I would have been happy with a round about time frame but I received an automated email response and no real update. Now I'm expected to write a review with no product.

It’s been almost 3 weeks since my order was placed. Contacted customer service. They gave me a tracking code over a week ago that still hasn’t been received from the courier. I was told that this type of purchase normally takes a few weeks to arrive. Does not make sense since I received a similar product from a competitor within days of ordering. (Both orders were placed on the same day). Extremely dissatisfied with this purchase. Still have no idea if its even coming at this point, other than the customer service reply to my query.

Tried a friend's 3 y/o vaporizer, and liked it. Bought the MIQRO C, because it was available at my dispensary. It does not draw well. It does not burn well. It is difficult to handle the dosing cups. I'm returning to my traditional dispensing method.

I just got asked to review a product I ordered a month ago that still hasn't been delivered with no obvious timeline on making my order or even now that I have some amount of shipping information. If I can update this review post I will, but so far I have spent money, customer support basically told me to watch the tracking and it's the shippers fault (is it shipping from China???), and been told to also review it, Professional!

After figuring out how to use it, it worked good. Unfortunately, I have had it one week and the plug on the top that pushes the flower in the chamber came off. I stuck it back on. We will see if it stays or breaks

The Artiq510 I received doesn't work well. Battery operated but I have to pull way too hard to get it working, but got no vapor from it when I did. Also, the rubber ring around the bottom that holds the case in place got twisted and jammed up with the case after just a few times being opened and closed

I received my Davinci with a battery that didn't work. The customer service team was very helpful in helping to get a "new" battery sent to me right away. The "new' battery doesn't work properly, it doesn't hold a charge. I assume, my unit shuts down after 2 to 3 puffs with the temperature on 2! I don't have the time to keep reaching out to their customer service team in order to get my unit working properly. I'm not pleased with this purchase. I will not purchase anything else as this entity has proven to not work for more than two to 3 minutes, with a supposed new battery. Sorry, I'm taking my money to Firefly, hopefully I'll have better luck with their unit. Tai Love Disappointed customer.

It's been over a month and I still haven't received my Artiq that was a Christmas gift for someone else. This will be the 3rd DaVinci vape and accessories that I've purchased and may very well be the last. I've emailed CS and my last message was ignored. I'm an UNHAPPY repeat customer!

It does the job but I have yet to make it produce more vapor watched all the videos and still only a little bit of vapor is dispensed all in all I’m satisfied I just which I could figure out how to get a little bit bigger cloud

Little communication (shady delivery service used) and waited 5 weeks for a delivery that didn't happen. Ultimately, I did receive the device via USPS (hence even getting one star). Delivery issues are not MY problem, they need to step up and take responsibility. Will not be looking to Davinci for ANY of my needs in the future.

Similar to the original DaVinci IQ with some improvements and some drawbacks. The materials and design were not to my liking, but the magnets are stronger which is nice.

Beautiful device. Quality packaging. Have never been able to get it to produce vapor. Followed all directions. Watched you tube vids. Maybe mine is a lemon ? At any rate if the customer service people will respond to my inquiries maybe I can resolve my issues. Until then I stand by the 2 stars.

I’m really not happy with this device compared to the pax. I wish I would have bought it instead. It’s hard to smoke out of and I can hardly tell I smoked. Idk why this is but I’m a pretty seasoned smoker.
