“I did my research and landed on Davinci vaporizers. I purchased the IQC model. At first inspection, I was pleased with the quality of the construction. The materials are high quality and the hinges are solid. I am new to vaporizers so my opinion on the vaporizer functionality comes not from experience. With that said, I am pleased with the performance. I am not a power user, more a one-hit sort of person. It satisfies and exceeds my expectations. Thank you, Davinci.”
“It does the job but I have yet to make it produce more vapor watched all the videos and still only a little bit of vapor is dispensed all in all I’m satisfied I just which I could figure out how to get a little bit bigger cloud”
“Lightweight, portable smooth vapor and great flavor ... battery life is meh, but quick recharges and removable battery let you swap it out to keep the vaporizer churning ...”
“Little communication (shady delivery service used) and waited 5 weeks for a delivery that didn't happen. Ultimately, I did receive the device via USPS (hence even getting one star). Delivery issues are not MY problem, they need to step up and take responsibility. Will not be looking to Davinci for ANY of my needs in the future.”
“Similar to the original DaVinci IQ with some improvements and some drawbacks. The materials and design were not to my liking, but the magnets are stronger which is nice.”
“Beautiful device. Quality packaging. Have never been able to get it to produce vapor. Followed all directions. Watched you tube vids. Maybe mine is a lemon ? At any rate if the customer service people will respond to my inquiries maybe I can resolve my issues. Until then I stand by the 2 stars.”
“Nice small form. That's easily in hand. A lot of bang for the buck. The only short side is the battery life. The fact that they use nine hundred milliamps battery. When they could have designed it to carry a larger capacity battery. Warning do not purchase a higher capacity battery it will not fit. I purchase four batteries from the of the vendor that were twelve hundred million amps. They were
4 millimeters too long. If the unit would allow me to use a higher capacity battery, it would have got five stars.”
“I’m really not happy with this device compared to the pax. I wish I would have bought it instead. It’s hard to smoke out of and I can hardly tell I smoked. Idk why this is but I’m a pretty seasoned smoker.”
“This my first herb vape. Please with the easy function. I wish the instructions provided more information, had to search utube to help with my concerns. The unit does get hot. This is a good first.”
“Doesn't toast the cannabis completely like my other vaporizer. The worst thing is that there's no netting/screen to stop the weed from being inhaled. It comes right through. Not worth $99 although to material is high quality. Also no digital screen to show you temperature.”
“I recently purchased both an IQC and an IQ2. They are good products, but both have one major flaw for iPhone users, which is my reason for giving them only 2 Stars. Both products are advertised as having a feature of a "Bluetooth App." In fact, the IQ2 Overview says that you can "track and report your vape dose per draw and per session." That was my primary reason for purchasing the IQ2, which costs more than the others. HOWEVER, this does not work for iPhone users. I asked Davinci about this. They responded with the following:
"Unfortunately, Apple removed all vaporizer apps, including the DaVinci App; we apologize for that inconvenience!
"However, we've devised a workaround using an app called the Connect Browser; here is some information that can aid with accessing the app on iOS.
"DaVinci iOS Instructions - Connect Browser
"Sadly, the app isn't working on the Connect Browser, and we do not have a timeframe for a resolution; however, we hope to resolve this soon!
"Please feel free to reply to this ticket or open a live chat if you have any questions or concerns; our hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. PDT!
Have a wonderful day! "
NOTE: Apple removed these apps from its platform over 3 years ago, yet Davinci continues to advertise its products as working with a Bluetooth App. I do not consider this to be honest advertising, and, this feature is what motivated me to purchase these products. And, to make matters worse, there's nothing in the instructions about this. SO, I spent several hours trying to get this to work, through their workaround, called "Connect Browser." But, that also does not work.
Davinci should immediately correct their descriptions of these products, AND, make it a top priority to develop a workaround that works!!”
