“The Davinci is an excellent vape. It did its job nicely. However, I encountered issues connecting the vape to my iPad and iPhone. I contacted Davinci's customer support twice, and there was no response from Davinci CS. After researching the internet, I wondered why they didn't respond. The Connect apps from Davinci don't work with the IOS from Apple, and that's why they never responded to me. Very lovely. Just leave your customers hanging. Back to Storz & Bickel for me.”

My only issue with these is the batteries seem to lose the ability to hold a charge after a period. That's why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. If they can improve on the batteries it would be 5 stars.”

“I have had a davinci vaporizer for sometime now. I have the IQC and I use the hydrotube with it. I used many vapes before choosing the Davinci. I blindly bought it because of all the great reviews. I have to agree it is by far the best I have used. And being able to change out the battery is the best thing .. I will only shop Davinci vapes from now on.”

“The MIQRO series dosing capsules are great! After I figured that I needed two picks to pull them apart, it made using them easy! Just fill them up with your favorite herbs, snap the cap on and you are ready to put one in your oven. After a session, I put the capsule inside the silicone case until I clean it out and refill it again. Keeps your oven clean and works great!”
“I Purchased a IQ2 in the Spring of 2022, I had some problems with the charging port after 9 months, of usage, started using battery and it’s been great,UNTIL I , Purchased the IQC, ITS FANTASTIC, the 10mm Adapter is made from a silicon type material, the IQ2 has a hard metal adapter. I only use the 10mm Adapter!”

“Received vape. Device wouldn’t charge and so could not power on. I wrote emails to their support twice (not possible to call) and received no response. I then wrote them to return the device to receive a refund and again received no response. I finally had to call my credit card company and have the payment reversed. I do own an older vape from Davinci that I am pleased with.”

“I have been using the IQ series for a number of years and although I’ve tried and bought others dry herb vapes. This by far is the best for price, quality of vape and most importantly a good customer service experience… and let’s be fair not many companies can say that!
The only problem is the build quality can be almost timed for when the device will not function properly. I’ve run into many different problems and issues with almost all my da Vinci iq products but it’s still the coolest looking and the best for flavour on the market. My only suggestion is stop trying to get the software to be to clever and get the hardware and the software to be at the same level please also try to solve the ‘devils anus’ under the flavour chamber easier to clean.
