DPD Laser I had a parcel on for delivery yesterday after making arrangements to get notified 30 minutes prior to delivery which never happened I was informed my delivery failed. Then arrangements were made to send the driver back and after a 2 hour wait that also never happened. Told multiple different stories I can only be under the impression that non of your employees have a clue what is going on and that they just go out of their way to waste customers time and money. You guys are a courier service and all you have to facilitate is getting a parcel from your warehouse to a location but clearly that's too difficult. I hope to never have a parcel sent through DPD Laser ever again. Such bad service that a collection couldn't even be arranged๐Ÿคฃ... what a joke of a company

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Dynday and Monday - was promised everyday and got sms that delivery will happen - STILL WAITING!!!!!! Will definitely not use them in future!!

A bed base and matress we bought @Takealot was delivered to my kids house in Potchefstroom where they study. The bed was for us when we visit. We visited a few weeks after delivery and found the base, still wrapped, but could see it was damaged during delivery. We logged a return with Takealot and the base was picked up by DPD lazer and returned to us within 2 days, because Takealot said the return period was overdue. The second time DPD lazer dropped the base off, it was even more damaged and missing it's feet. We refused delivery without feet. In the mean while my wife and I, had to sleep with the matress on the floor!!!! It took us 2 months to sort it out after numerous emails and calls. Finally, the base was delivered again...WITHOUT the feet and BADLY damaged!!! We refused delivery again. This is SO BAD!!!!!! Do not trust these people with anything that it easily damaged. They do not care at all!!!

Shocking company, literally been holding on for a week!!! There is NO ONE answering their international department, Mango Will have to shop elsewhere I guess.

Package was supposed to be delivered on the 4th of January but has not been delivered as of now the 8th of January at 18h50. The call centre agent promised that it would be here when I called to query. Terrible service

Not happy with the service. They promised to deliver on a certain date but then they reschedule my package without notification!!! Useless people I'm sooooo upset!!!

Very poor customer service and they commit fraud on their website, you pay for a service and then they tell you after you've paid for that service that they can't deliver that service this is the second time I'm going through this with them and they have yet to refund for the extra service I've paid FOR THE FIRST TIME..... Useless courier service... STAY AWAY!!!!

Very poor delivery service. I have been waiting for my parcel to arrive for 2 weeks. They keep saying itโ€™s going to arrive but itโ€™s never arrived, would not recommend this delivery company to anyone. I have to cancel my plans cause they keep saying that they are going to deliver but the donโ€™t .

I wish I could give them less than 1 star. Dawn wing has zero regard for your parcel. They damaged mine and refuse to assist me or take any responsibility. You will just be told that they will help you and this will drag on to no avail. They will ignore your entire case, close your tracking number and never follow up. Their only response is to contact the supplier or send the item back, even though they have damaged it. This is the worst company in the entire universe and I would advise you to please never trust them with anything, and never use their services if you are experiencing reliable and quality service. This is not part of their ethos. I feel so upset and disappointed, my first baby bassinet got so badly damaged and I have lost so much money due to them. They have never done anything to follow up or help resolve the issue, till the present I am still waiting for feedback. All they have done is closed my tracking number and made all the information disappear. Super disappointed!!!!

The most rude drivers do not want to ring doorbell or phone number on weighbill parcel should be delivered on Monday only arrives on Thursday I could rate dawn wings zero I would will also recommend that people use other couriers

DPD Laser aka Dawn Wing is THE most terrible company in South Africa. Send messages they will be delivering and again, no delivery. I will never use Game online again because they make use of this courier company. Does companies not read reviews first before choosing a company to do business with?

I wish I could rate this a 0. Their communication is non existent!!! They make you wait for a delivery from 7am to 6:30 only to then be told the next day after having to call them and hold for 20minutes that the driver had a breakdown at 1 and that's why he could not deliver the package. Mind you, they took custody of my package on the 2nd of October and said delivery will be done by 4 October! 5 October I still do not have my package
