“No communication. Cant be reached on the phone”

“I moved my 30k per month to Dawn Wing after my usual courier company got damaged during the looting - what a mistake. Dawnwing is sub par on all levels - collection in unreliable, we close at 4pm and ask them to come by 3pm to collect to be safe, they call at 6pm while im having dinner. Delivery is very slow, if there is an issue the parcel just sits in the warehouse for a week until my customer calls and complains and I follow up. With all the above described problems they have the most useless understaffed call center that you have to contact to try sort out your issues the standard greeting at the call center is "we are currently experiencing very high call volumes. There are much better courier companies out there believe me I have tried many.”

“The service received at Dawn Wing service is pathetic. The company has been chilling with my parcel since Friday last week for what I don’t know. I explained yesterday that I need my parcel by tomorrow but I still haven’t received it even today being a Wednesday. Been calling since tomorrow and being lied to that I will receive my parcel on the day, but still nothing.”

“This a a really shocking courier company, when it comes to customer service...they call to your residence, don't send on a mere sms in advance, to advise you, their on the way, this is a penny pinching outfit & customer service is no where on their to please list!....for instance a guy called Vinesh, a so called "manager", has a contact no, rang it 10 times & left a voice message , 3 times, still never bothered to get back, a ramshackle courier & the absolute worst i've come across..steer well clear of these pathetic excuse for a courier!!!!!!!!”

“Dawn wing is by far the most pathetic courier company. Upon delivery of a parcel the driver drove into the gate at my house, when told that the matter needs to be reported he gave attitude and sped off. I then decided to contact the company, spoke to a consultant that said the matter will be taken up with the manager of the company and that "Marvin", the manager would contact me that same day its been three days later and still no response. This is really pathetic service, i would never recommend anyone to use their services.”

“It's been a week since a gift to my mum was suppose to be delivered. Last Wednesday I ensured that your contact person had both a cell number and landline to reach mum for delivery and remained patient as I'd like to be supportive of others as they go about their jobs. However, since that time mum and I have both been watching your tracking site and every time there was an entry of "failed delivery"/"contact not available" I'd check in with mum. Every single time she'd been sitting right there watching the entrance to her complex and listening for the phone. Not a single "missed call" at any time. Yet your staff claimed that mum was "not available" for delivery. They asked whether the parcel could be left with security. This is a clear indication that their "failed delivery" claims a false as mum's complex has no security, something that would be clear as daylight had they ever been to that address. They've not only ruined an intended gift to my 85-year old mum by turning it into a problem for her to solve but also tried to put the blame for the failed delivery on her. Shame on you for such awful service. You don't deserve one star.”

“Pathetic service.. My parcel is with the driver for a week now.. When i track online.. It shows contact not available.. Yet i am home everyday, all day... the driver has not even came to deliver!!! Damn ridiculous and unprofessional!!!!”

“At first I was nervous when I heard that my Refinery item would be shipped through Dawn Wing after reading the terrible reviews , however despite this, my item arrived hassle free and it took them about an hour and a half to deliver after receiving the SMS that my product was ready for delivers. Thanks Dawn Wing !”

“Tbh!I don’t know whether to say good or bad or may be they got new driver ..my parcel is with them from MRP for the past 2weeks and I dnt get call from Anyone about my parcel .But anytime I tracked it’s telling me that the contact not available liar! No calls no text messages why won’t they call my direct number? I think Mrp should stop using them ..Mrp called me today on the same number and it was available! Even the security guy said the driver just left before they could call me ! That’s bad though and I’ve been receiving parcels from them with no such issues why now? Please work on your company .”

“I am so upset! Worse service I ever gotten from a courier company. The guy delivering my package called to say his here at another address that's clearly not my home! I told him no am at home which is basically 1 min away from where he is. I called there customer serviev due to it being 2 hours later and I have an appointment I need to get to. The customer care says the drive will call me it's been 30 mins he hasn't called and when I called the customer service again to ask what's the hold up the guy put the phone down in my face. Am so upset right now. Your service is disgusting really. I spoke nice to each and every person and they all gave me attitude.”
