This is an honest review of the customer with the order #13254042. I've just received my order a few days ago (iphone 12 skin). My opinion is based on the product quality, the total price I paid, and the customer support. 1. The order total was $24.95 (item price) + $9.95 + (suddenly) 17.50 Euro for duties/taxes. The total I get to pay for a simple sticker: ~$54.00. 2. Delivery time - I'm currently based in Portugal, and although there was a tiny note on dbrand checkout page that extra costs/fees may apply - they do not estimate this for you. You need to figure this out yourself. Neither do they warn about the shipping/delivery time. In my case, the order was completed on 01/22/2023 and I received the order on 02/14/2023. 3. Delivery issues: It was out my control, but the order traveled through multiple countries: from Canada > UK > France > Spain > Portugal > Spain (yes, again, because the dbrand failed to provide the order details for Customs) > Portugal. 4.dbrand support response time - I've sent multiple requests to their customer care about them sending the data to customs. They only replied after 8 or 9 days (in fact, after I already received the package). So, don't count on them being quick to reply. Btw, instagram messaging on the same subject did not help. 5. Data dbrand provide to the carrier. In my case, after weeks of waiting, I was contacted by the UPS representative asking me to provide all the information about the order manually, for the customs: the order confirmation with the description o the goods and its value, as well as the proof of payment regarding this shipment, full name, Portuguese tax number, and phone number. So I had to go through emails and collect the data about this purchase manually, myself. At the same time, dbrand claims that they provided all the necessary data to the carrier. Ok, they are not guilty I suppose. Or are they and should I care? 6. Skin image quality. It's 3 out of 5 at most, as the image of the skin is blurry and pixelated. You should NOT expect the same skin as you see on the website. 7. And finally - the after-order support quality. Long wait with no response, missing data about my order, and the positioning of the dbrand support - they did everything right and it's you (the customer) and the UPS/Aramex to blame for everything else. In overall, my first impression of the brand was really positive, but the way they treat customers who already made an order is not acceptable. Trust me, I know what I'm saying since I've been working for years in webshops development and customer support as well. I trust this is not how this business should work, and making a nice pre-shopping experience is just a part of success - the whole process up to 5 stars review after the order matters. My honest review is 2 out of 5. It's not a 1 star experience only because I did receive the skin, and it fits the iphone just fine. With that being said, I strongly advise to avoid the dbrand and despite thousands of reviews - I do not recommend you to risk and buy from them. Yes, this is just my personal experience where dbrand failed in almost everything.

D brand is $#*! Order placed 8 December 2022 it's 16 January 2023 and I'm still waiting - emails says item sent but courier company shows a new label has just been created AGAIN I was emailed multiple times saying items being built, items on the way etc Courier company tracking showed 1 item not sent, 2 label created but not sent for weeks sent 3 item sent to wrong address x2 Ddand has now emailed me agin saying item send. And again courier company shows items not picked up. I'm not sure if I will ever receive my item If I am forced to ask for a refund I will have to go through my bank because Dbrand only give you computer generated emails that are not helpful, truthful or accurate. - no human available

Can't recommend this company's products. Obscene amount of wasteful packaging for the amount of product. For protective cases, you have to apply the "decals" to the case yourself (what the absolute f***?). Bonus - the video showing how to apply the decals is glitchy. Premium cost for a non premium case -- I bout a $15 case at Best Buy while I waited for my DBrand case to arrive, and it is equal or better in quality and protection. A ludicrously "no way" return policy. In the end, the case does what a case does, but for the premium price, the product is significantly lacking.

Bad customer service and orders don't fully deliver to customer. I have ordered multiple items from the company and tried to reach out to them because some item is missing but they totally ignored me and have not resolved the issue. 1) paid extra but does not commit to the deadline - opt for premium delivery but deliver out almost 2 weeks after 2) missing item in the package - ordered multiple items but have not received them fully 3) no reply from customer service - all you get is some automated reply. Overall it is an expensive bad experience.

Worst experience with dbrand! 1. My order was delayed, it took about a month to be processed and delivered; You never committed to your multiple deadlines; 2. I already bought alternative products due to the unbelievable delay; and paid extra for these products; 3. The package received opened unsealed; And the whole experience was bad for me; 4. You mentioned applying 10% discount on the order, however the full amount was charged! 5. You refuse to pickup the product after asking to return the products in their original packaging; You asking me to ship the products myself to your address, which for me in Dubai would cost me more than the actual products cost! 6. First and last time to use dbrand, worst experience so far, useless products that I'm not going to use, and would never recommend the brand to anyone. I'm gonna spread the word about my bad experience since you literally don't care!

I had a great experience with their return *policy* but a horrible experience dealing with their people. When the item I returned according to their customer support instructions bounced back to my address, I was called a thief. When I asked if I could just keep the item and get any form of discount on an upgrade, I was called an extortionist. Who needs to be treated that way?

Def. not for iPhone The skin edges keep sticking out and run against your fingers when using the iPhone. Skin unfortunately does not sit snug like a cover - tried both the skins and an absolutely waste. What’s worst - their customer service. You cannot speak to anyone and refund isn’t an option. If you like attention to details, DBRAND skins & service will disappoint - Big time.

5 days to process the Shipping and 5 days more to receive the case, not worth it. Sooo lazy and slooow. And they pretend using a machine for customer service so you don't bother to talk with some one.

Company doesn't offer returns. Has rude and unhelpful customer service. They quite clearly only care about taking theit customers' money as quickly as possible and washing their hands of any responsibility after that.

Had a great experience ordering Dbrand Darkpates 2.0 and skins for PS5. Order was received was received quickly and the packaging was top notch. Really appreciate the concise and accurate installation videos too.

Terrible company, they shipped my $60 worth of thinkpad skins in a flimsy envelope. They were all terrible bent and crinkled. When contacted support they refused to replace them and told me with enough time and heat should be able to fix. I don't even want them replaced just return for a refund and they refused to help in anyway.

Case seems ok, but nothing particularly special in comparison to the other cases available elsewhere (often cheaper). The skin is, as someone has noted, just a sticker (set of stickers). I would return it, but the return policy is that they refund only if there's something actually wrong with the order ... no "satisfaction guaranteed." So I'm stuck with this case that I don't really want. PS Shipping took a long time, but they had been clear that things were not moving quickly, so it wasn't unexpected.

I ordered an item. Soon after ASKED if I can add more items to the same order. They gave me Paypal link and I ONCE AGAIN ASKED if I can pay using VISA. They cancelled my order and asked to re-order My bank charges for refund as this Canadian company charges in USD. I NEVER TOLD THEM TO CANCEL MY ORDER Now I get partial refund and they are asking me to contact bank Who the hell asked them to cancel when I was inquring

dbrand used to be great until few months back when their customer service went into the drain and so did their product quality. I have ordered multiple items and half were sent and half were wrong and bad quality. When I reported it. The customer service was extremely poor. It was as If they were doing a favour to me by replying after providing repeated evidence. Multiple emails for 10 dollars refund because they did not agree about bad quality obviously. I still have not got the refund. Never buying again from them and using xtremeskins in UK rather.

Verbally abused brain cancer patient I have been a loyal dbrand customer since 2017 - I placed a last minute order for my husband’s family back in Belgium on Sunday before I leave on Thursday - my transaction (paid with PayPal with a credit card in my name) was flagged as suspicious - I messaged support immediately and never heard back - I thought it might be worthwhile to message some employees on LinkedIn to see if they could help. One guy was super nice last night and said he would pass it along to support - I said ‘Thank You!’ and then received the following message this morning. I know my judgement might not be the best with my brain tumor but it made me sad… “ Robot 042 (dbrand) Nov 24, 2021, 9:13 EST Why the fu ck are you messaging people on LinkedIn? That's not where you go for support. We're cancelling your order. A full refund has been issued. Next time, don't go bothering people who have nothing to do with customer support. Signed, A Robot”
