I bought an iphone case from dbrand as a birthday gift for a friend, expecting their reputation and premium pricing to reflect a high level of service. Instead, what I received was an infuriating, drawn-out ordeal that left me deeply frustrated and disappointed. This order was placed well in advance to ensure it would arrive in time for the occasion. dbrand’s website gave a reasonable shipping timeline, and I trusted them to deliver. Instead, the order took over a month to arrive, completely missing the birthday. By the time it showed up, it was pointless—I had already scrambled to find an alternative gift. If I wanted Temu-level shipping timelines, I could've bought something from Temu instead. And even so, Temu's customer service is better. At nearly $60, this wasn’t a cheap purchase. When you pay premium prices, you expect premium service: timely shipping, clear communication, and a smooth resolution process if anything goes wrong. Instead, I got the opposite. dbrand failed to meet basic service standards, and the lack of transparency about delays or updates made the entire experience worse. To make matters worse, their responses were often condescending, as though I was at fault for expecting better service. The lack of respect and care shown in their communication, despite the shortcomings being entirely on their end, only amplified the frustration. When I finally decided to return the item, dbrand’s instructions were overly complicated and needlessly bureaucratic. I followed their steps exactly: blacked out my address, labeled the package, provided photos, and sent the tracking info. Even after confirming the return was made appropriately, they refused to issue a refund because I had filed a chargeback with my bank—a step I only took after being ignored for weeks--no shipping label, no contant, nada. The most frustrating part is that the chargeback claim had already been closed after the product arrived late, which means they could have issued the refund directly after completing the return process. Instead, they claimed their hands were tied and were content to sit out the 75 days (or more) it could potentially take for the claim to resolve with my bank. Even my bank representative thought that timeline was absurd. It felt like dbrand was happy to shift the burden onto me rather than owning their responsibility and doing the right thing. For a company that claims to value customer experience, this behavior was unnecessarily combative, unprofessional, and dismissive. I reached out to dbrand multiple times, waiting over 14 days without a response. Their guarantee of a response within five days turned out to be an empty promise. The few responses I did receive felt robotic (lives up to their name) and lacked empathy. The entire experience was draining, and I had to rely on my bank’s customer service to resolve the situation. dbrand overcomplicates what should be simple, especially for such a simple and overpriced product. Their shipping timelines are unreliable, their customer service is ineffective, and their handling of returns shows a complete lack of accountability. If they claim to sell premium products, they need to back that up with premium service. What I got instead was a waste of my time, effort, and trust. This is my last purchase from dbrand. I wanted this to be a thoughtful birthday gift, but it turned into a stressful and frustrating experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. dbrand’s lack of care for its customers is clear, and until they take real steps to improve their shipping, communication, and refund processes, I can’t recommend them to anyone. It’s not worth the hassle.

I'm a dedicated customer with over 10 orders in 2024 alone. My last order with them was never received (worth over $120), and although I’ve sent multiple emails, I've never received a response. I've now reported the transaction to my bank, and I’m waiting to get refunded, but I'd never buy anything from them again. Absolutely useless customer service,e and it’s not worth the hustle.

The customer service is absolutely terrible. They just say "Hey human" other than that there is no support at all. I wanted to terun my product but it's absolutely impossible. I will never ever buy any sort of a product from them. I bought a phone case because of the hype from Youtube tech chanels. But, trust me on this there is nothing special about this product. Youtubers are paid to promote this brand for sure. It's really frustrating and unfair from a customer point. Will never buy again and will have to unsubscibe the youtubers who are helping these companies.

AI customer service is awful, their product page doesn't clearly indicate you need to install the graphics, low resolution graphics on the graphic stickers, and the company insults you while refusing to assist you.

Slow shipping and bad customer service. I paid for 2 days of expedited shipping and didn't receive my item until a week later. When I tried to return the item due to slow shipping, I was told that it takes two days to process to order and another 3 days to ship, even though the estimated delivery date range never showed that wide of a time frame. It's a false advertisement at its best and I would not recommend anyone trust this company

Recently purchased a Matte black skin for a new laptop, only to find that DBrand started cutting down on the quality of their skins but still increasing prices. The skin is a finger print trap that scratches extremely easy, it has this cheap paper like texture to it that make everything it touches look terrible. Do not buy, there are better options out there.

I ordered a killswitch essentials case on November 23. On November 30 I got a email saying my order had shipped. It’s December 26 today and it still hasn’t arrived. USPS tracking says a label was created but the item hasn’t shipped. I emailed to ask about my order but there is a message saying that Dbrand staff is out of office until January 2. I did receive an auto-generated email with the subject line “It’s going to be ok.” The email said there was a “slight delay,” and my order would arrive “a little bit later than expected.”

I ordered a Samsung case over a month ago. Instead, I was sent an iphone case. When I reached out to ask for the right product or a refund, I never heard back. Terrible customer service. There is no phone number to call, just an email that apparently is not checked very often.

I ordered a top skin for my apple macbook pro with a cutout but instead I got the wrong model and with no cutout. I contacted support and they went ahead and sent me another one with what they claimed was the right one according to my order but I got the same wrong order, TWICE. I looked up more reviews on this company and their customer support is really bad from what I saw. Never ordering from this company again.

Worst courier & CUSTOMER service ever. Never going to buy again. Bought skin month ago and no update. When asked through their email system they said maybe the parcel was lost in transit and will ship new one in a day or two but shipped the other percel after almost 5 days. After like 1 week or more i noticed my first parcel (which was lost according to dbrand) has some update by courier that its been in my country but as soon as it arrived in sorting facility it goes back again to the sender now and now i am empty handed and again i have to wait another month for my parcel to be with me IF IT WILL NOT BE LOST HOPEFULLY!!! NEVER GOING BACK HERE AND WOULD RECOMMEND OTHERS TO NOT BUY FROM OVERSEAS.

This case costs just $10 but is sold in a $70 box, making the total $80. It's clear why there are no customer reviews or a star rating system on their website. I'd recommend buying a $10 case from a different site instead. While the packaging may look premium, it ultimately ends up in the trash anyway.

Terrible company and support, after confusing client and trying to get refund they just went radio silent or offers solutions which does not make sense in any way. No surprise they have bad reviews. Please avoid buying anything from them! They do not deliver what they tell on their website there had to be couple sample units which were not in the box. You will be cheated.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Customer Service Experience I recently had a very disappointing experience with dbrand.com's customer service. After encountering an issue with one of their products, I reached out to their support team for assistance. However, instead of addressing my concerns professionally and respectfully, the representative (or "robot," as they referred to themselves) was incredibly rude and unhelpful. In one of their responses, the representative wrote: "Anyway, you crumpled the skin into oblivion making it impossible to verify the claim of poor quality. Since we don't send out any products of poor quality, it stands to reason that you very clearly just f*cked up the installation, got frustrated, and then tore the skin off without a care." This language was not only offensive, but it also made false assumptions about my situation. Moreover, it seemed as if the company had no regard for German consumer protection laws. Instead of trying to find a fair solution, they chose to dismiss my concerns and insinuate that I was responsible for the poor quality of the product. I have the entire email exchange as evidence to substantiate my claims and can prove that this is exactly how the situation unfolded. Overall, my experience with dbrand.com has left me feeling disrespected and unsatisfied. I would caution potential customers to be aware of the company's unprofessional behavior and consider alternative options before making a purchase.

D brand is $#*! Order placed 8 December 2022 it's 16 January 2023 and I'm still waiting - emails says item sent but courier company shows a new label has just been created AGAIN I was emailed multiple times saying items being built, items on the way etc Courier company tracking showed 1 item not sent, 2 label created but not sent for weeks sent 3 item sent to wrong address x2 Ddand has now emailed me agin saying item send. And again courier company shows items not picked up. I'm not sure if I will ever receive my item If I am forced to ask for a refund I will have to go through my bank because Dbrand only give you computer generated emails that are not helpful, truthful or accurate. - no human available

Bad customer service and orders don't fully deliver to customer. I have ordered multiple items from the company and tried to reach out to them because some item is missing but they totally ignored me and have not resolved the issue. 1) paid extra but does not commit to the deadline - opt for premium delivery but deliver out almost 2 weeks after 2) missing item in the package - ordered multiple items but have not received them fully 3) no reply from customer service - all you get is some automated reply. Overall it is an expensive bad experience.

Worst experience with dbrand! 1. My order was delayed, it took about a month to be processed and delivered; You never committed to your multiple deadlines; 2. I already bought alternative products due to the unbelievable delay; and paid extra for these products; 3. The package received opened unsealed; And the whole experience was bad for me; 4. You mentioned applying 10% discount on the order, however the full amount was charged! 5. You refuse to pickup the product after asking to return the products in their original packaging; You asking me to ship the products myself to your address, which for me in Dubai would cost me more than the actual products cost! 6. First and last time to use dbrand, worst experience so far, useless products that I'm not going to use, and would never recommend the brand to anyone. I'm gonna spread the word about my bad experience since you literally don't care!

I had a great experience with their return *policy* but a horrible experience dealing with their people. When the item I returned according to their customer support instructions bounced back to my address, I was called a thief. When I asked if I could just keep the item and get any form of discount on an upgrade, I was called an extortionist. Who needs to be treated that way?

Def. not for iPhone The skin edges keep sticking out and run against your fingers when using the iPhone. Skin unfortunately does not sit snug like a cover - tried both the skins and an absolutely waste. What’s worst - their customer service. You cannot speak to anyone and refund isn’t an option. If you like attention to details, DBRAND skins & service will disappoint - Big time.
