“Very efficient service. I ordered a hedgehog as a gift and it is very well made and so cute that I am tempted to keep it myself. However, I know my friend who I purchased it will be thrilled. This gorgeous little hedgehog is going to a lovely home.”

“I was surprised and disappointed to learn that customs duties were charged on my order. I feel this should be made very clear on your site. Had I realized the amount of duties, on top of the exchange ( which I was aware of), I would probably not have placed the order. The final cost of each of the small ducks I ordered was almost $100 cdn, far too expensive for the size of the carving”

“I'm very happy with my purchase. The ducks are lovely! Handmade, nice characters! Perfect for a gift. I bought them as gift/souvenir from UK, beautiful decoration. I had some issue with the order but the Dcuk team inmediatly attended it and gave a very good solution! Thank you!”

“Recently received my order of Dinky Duck in strawberry apron....truly beautiful and so cute.The craftsmanship was excellent and I loved that I was able to change Isla's name to personalise it. I so much wanted to keep it for myself but it was a gift for a very good friend and I'm sure she'll be delighted with it and will give it a good home😊It's winging its way to her now complete with scones,clotted cream and of course strawberry jam.Thank you so much”

“I ordered the "Wild Strawberry Ducky" for my daughter's birthday... and to add to her collection! My order was shipped the day after I ordered it and arrived in the US faster than I expected. The excellent packaging ensured there was no damage to Ducky, which is adorable and exactly as shown on the website. I'm delighted with my purchase.”
