“For years I have been buying DCUK ducks for my family and as the family expanded I purchased a baby duck in the colour of its sex. My attempts to purchase a baby blue duck were hindered by supply issues but an email and a phone call later I was notified that they were returned to the nest. I promptly ordered our baby blue that was dispatched to me and is now ready for its flight to Melbourne, Australia to join the rest of the clutch.”

“We bought 3 ducks at a Christmas Fayre we went to the web site to get the complementary name badges, once looking at the site we decided to get a set of tree decorations with the names of the Grandchildren, worried about getting the names and delivery in time for Christmas I rang and spoke to a very nice and helpful person who told me how to order everything on line and use the DPD delivery service, slightly more expensive but I ordered at 3pm and they arrived next day. A carefully well made product that the grandchildren enjoyed putting on the tree. Two mot orders followed all arriving the next day including, remarkable as all the orders were personalised”

“Lovely product but delivered in branded box with no clear warning at checkout that this would be the case. In doing so this was a Christmas gift ruined. When I emailed to complain, I was met with a brusque reply that directed me to an obscure part of the terms and conditions that said boxes would be branded unless otherwise asked for. The customer service representative was unhelpful and stopped replying mid email chain with no explanation. Sadly will not use again or recommend.”

“Brought the dinky cycling duck for my husband for Christmas. He was definitely happy to open this present, especially as I got the colour of his Team Cycling Club. I've got a number of birthdays coming up and I know exactly what to buy them 😊 thank you.”

“I received a Diddy Christmas duck as a present last year and wanted a bigger duck this year to keep him company. It was delivered before Christmas and I love it. They look so good together. The ducks are beautifully made and everyone who has seen them have all said lovely things about them.”
