“Items arrived quickly and they really did make me smile 😊😊 I couldn't have been happier. On closer examination however, one of the heads had become detached from the body. I sent an email to Customer Service and within the hour I received an apology and an explanation that it must have occurred during transit. A replacement was despatched immediately which arrived the following day and was perfect 😊 I managed to carefully glue the almost beheaded ducklet, and handed it over to my local charity shop. If it could make someone smile one more time it would be worth the original disappointment. Guess what... it flew off the shelf, so I am to assume that it made someone smile once again 😊 I would certainly recommend DCUK and I will be back again. What a perfect gift!”

“I received my flying duck "Co" to add to my DCUK collection and I love it! I have wanted one for a while now so when it came back in stock, I had to get it! I may purchase more flying ducks in the future. Highly recommended”

“A few years ago for Christmas, I bought my daughter and her new husband a couple of large ducks with personalised name tags. They now have a baby daughter, so I felt that a little personalised duck would make an ideal Christening present! - I just know that they'll love her! Thank you DCUK.xx”

“I received my first Ducky in Wellies for Christmas and I've been hooked ever since. The most recent 2 that I have added to my little duck family are from the Alpine collection. I will be adding quite a few more in the near future. The packaging is great, and the shipping time is absolutely amazing! Love Dcuk !!!”

“So pleased with this company and their wonderful ducks! I received one as a gift last year and was so impressed I ordered one as a gift for my daughter. The range is amazing, the only problem is trying to choose one from so many gorgeous ducks and others. I enjoyed prompt dispatch and delivery. I'll be back for more!”

“Once again the duck received is gorgeous. The whole process such as ordering then receiving ‘Charlie’ was easy to do and within a week order was received. I will be ordering more as presents shortly. Would recommend to anyone that wants a a unique product that can also be personalised, brilliant idea for presents.”

“Happy with the service, and i'm happy to recommend this company 👍 I did enquire as to when it had been dispatched, and the reply was a little abrupt, but I didn't realise they didn't count Saturday as a working day So my dcuk has a plane trip to make.”
