“I would write a review if I had of even received my purchase by now, made 3 weeks ago, on the promise of a 10-12 day delivery. Living without an oven for this long is difficult and costly.”

“I ordered a White Knight tumble dryer earlier this month and it arrived on the dot, for which I am grateful. When I phoned the free number to register it under the 1 year guarantee, full details were taken, but when I asked for my 'Personal Guarantee Confirmation Code' I was told it would be sent to me in the post - that was on the 13th February, and so far it hasn't arrived. Perhaps it's early days, but to date, I have no proof that I have registered the machine, and if it should break down, no proof that it is covered by the Guarantee.”

“Very happy with Deals4U.I have bought a White knight eco gas tumble dryer.This is my third in 23years very good dryers.I would recommend the extra insurance my first dryer lasted 21years. I Did not take out insurance on second one it only lasted two years now on my third white knight.I found i could not find anyone qualified to repair dryers in my area,also very hard to find gas fitter to install them.I still rate Deals4U and White knight dryers as five stars dryer is so economical to use”

“Wow, where did you get all these reviews saying how great awesome Deals_4_u are so great. They pulled the bait and switch on me with no mention of a refund. Will not contact me back, but stay silent. I will never use this site again and warn you that you should be beware as they make sure the money is deposit in their account. The next day they say we don't have what you ordered but please take the inferior product instead. BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!! They should at least get back to me in a reasonable time. BAD”

“The price offered was indeed the price we paid. Other sites have grossly increased the price once they gained our interest. We, of course, haven't been away n our holiday booked through deals4u yet, but so far the service has been excellent.”

“This is the second time i have used Deals4u for appliances , but only because they offered the lowest prices i could find at the time. The reason for rating poor is because of the delivery companies they use who are not doing Deals4u any favours. 2 years ago i ordered an oven and was given a delivery date but it never arrived despite my wife waiting in all day , they maintained they had left a message on our landline phone but that was a lie as we had no message facility on that phone and when it did arrive the next day the guy was very sheepish about what happened when i questioned him. With regards to the recent delivery earlier this month well we didn't even get a call with a delivery date after 10 working days despite them having 2 phone numbers and it was only when i phoned Deals4u and spoke to a girl who was very helpful and later phoned me back that i found out the appliance was already on the lorry for delivery the next day, they simply hadn't bothered to contact me. So Deals4u need to improve their delivery standards if they want to recieve a more favourable rating.”
