“Much cheaper than High Street, prompt delivery.”

“Not very satisfactory on the communication front but on the plus side the phone operatives were very polite. Although I did get the goods It was a slow process. My order was actually out of stock but no one contacted me to say there was going to be a delay. I phoned up to be told it had been out of stock but was being dispatched that day, a tracker number would be sent to me that afternoon and my goods would arrive on Friday. The next day after not receiving the tracker number I rang again to be informed that it was on it's way and would arrive Monday. When I queried the arrival day I was then told it hadn't been dispatched the previous day as originally informed and it would be arriving on Monday. By simply phoning me to advise A) it was out of stock B) it hadn't been dispatched would have been polite and informative. I was beginning to think they were a rogue company.”

“We are absolutely delighted with The Dimplex Stove heater, in shiny black. This model is a solid weighty electric stove, which looks extremely classy, with realistic flame effects. Very pleased with the efficient service provided by Deals4U, especially the speedy delivery by a reputable company, within three days of the order being placed. Many thanks!”

“We waited almost 3 weeks for my tumble dryer, we phoned several times to see how the order was going, although the young ladies we spoke to were quite helpful we were told the delivery company had phoned to make a deliver day, they didn't phone we have an answer machine, on another occasion we were told they had phoned on a particular day we were both in no phone call. We were then promised a delivery day of a Thursday didn't arrive, phoned again arrived 7.45am on the Friday. Will think twice before using deals 4u again, I could have paid a few pounds extra at john lewis and received the dryer within 4 days.”

“Ordered Dimplex fire, email with confirmation of order stated "delivery lead time" approx 2 weeks. I waited 2 weeks and heard nothing, so phoned - was told it was due in the following week - I phoned again to confirm if item had arrived at depot- had not arrived - could be another week. I decided to cancel my order. When making phone calls, the person on the other end was very pleasant. It would have been helpful if I was kept up to date with emails instead of myself making the calls. Phoned another company on Tuesday late afternoon, very helpful, placed Order for same item and received it today - Thursday late morning - emails and text messages keeping my up to date - arriving on time - less than two days from order - paid £15.00 more, but well worth it. -”

“I purchased an electric fire . It found it on e bay , but bought it over the phone after asking a question before buying . The transaction was smooth , friendly and efficient . The fire is great , and was considerably cheaper than the same ones on other sites . I would definitely recommend you to others , in fact I just have , and they will be contacting you soo .
