“I would not have given such a high rating originally as we ordered a clearance slightly dented Bosch dishwasher (that would not have shown once fitted) for a lower price, received a 'returns' dishwasher in error, then this was exchanged for the clearance item which had a worse dent than advertised and the fixings missing! All the time we were in contact with customer service who were very helpful in sorting our problems. In the end did we did negotiate some compensation for the mix up and issues, where we were given the option of the fixings sent for the clearance item with a further price reduction, or a brand new Bosch dishwasher for a discounted price, so we decided to pay the difference for a new one and this was exchanged! So all in all, 5 weeks and 3 dishwashers later we have one fitted and working well! I believe that if I had ordered a new dishwasher, I would not have had any of these problems, the customer service was good, mistakes happen and they rectified them for us probably at a financial loss to themselves! Even if you pay full price for a new one with Deals2u, they are a staggering £80 cheaper than AO for this Bosch model so I would definitely use Deals4u again for purchasing an appliance!”

“Our NEF oven/microwave and separate induction hob arrived this morning, and they fantastic. Deals 4U treated us as more than customers. Our items were not easy to get, but Deals 4U kept on looking. We are grateful to then and have no reservation in recommending them to others.”

“It took a lot longer than I thought to get my tumble drier delivered. I had to phone Deals4U twice. Then once it came it was only supposed to be delivered to the door. Thankfully the delivery man took pity on me and brought it in but I had to get it out of the box and position it. So beware if you have ordered something really heavy. You will have to install it.”

“I stupidly ordered the wrong model of oven. When I realised my mistake and rang Deals4U they couldn't have been more helpful. They changed the order, I paid the difference, didn't have to go through cancelling one order and placing a whole new one. Because of my mistake it meant a delay in the order arriving. They said they would do their best to get it to me by a certain date, which was quicker than it could have been. Sure enough they contacted me a couple of days before the proposed delivery date to confirm this and arrange delivery. Very pleased with the service received. Some online companies it has to be said don't have a high level of customer service, but I did not find this to be the case with Deals4U.”

“Reason used Argos promised delivery 3-5 days, finally called they said there van would be in my area with 3 weeks, cancelled So found good deal with DEAL4U called there customer service information given was excellent, also they arrange for the driver to call me an hour later to give a delivery time and date. Sunday between 9-11am Just before he arrive he called to say was 10 minutes from house, he was spot on arrive at 10.30am service was excellent product exactly like they advertised. If want excellent customer service/delivery/quality and good price then us DEAL4U”

“had to wait 2wks for delivery but on contacting deals4u the girls were all extremely helpful and kept me up to date. when my fire was received from their supplier it was delivered within 24 hours. their service was excellent.”
