“The flowers arrived nice and early on the date specified. They were well packaged and looked great straight away. As of writing this review they are still alive and looking healthy. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely use Debenhams flowers again in the future.”

“It is great that you deliver on Sunday's as most florists don't do this. The option for a morning delivery is excellent. The flowers were lovely and smelt very nice however the bunch was smaller than expected. We chose an extra large bunch but they seemed small. Other than that a good service.”

“The flowers are very colourful and lovely and the recipient is very happy. Surprisingly the gerbera have not had the stems wired. These flowers are known for flopping and needing support for longer life. This would stop me from purchasing this again.”

“I ordered the Birthday Gems package which should've included flowers, mini birthday balloon and teddy bear for a friend. She received the flowers which were beautiful however the teddy bear was missing and the balloon was a congratulations balloon, terrible error!”

“The website advertised free UK next day delivery and for this reason I chose Debenhams and placed the order. However, having chosen my flowers and having placed the order on the 30th April the delivery date was shown for much later and the flowers were actually delivered on the 6th May. I personally find this shocking as your advertising is misleading. There is some disclaimer stating that fresh cut flowers require longer but from next day delivery to almost a week later is a considerable difference and misleading. In fact I intend to contact Debenhams to investigate as to why the flowers were delivered so late. Thank you for your time, Ruth Tadina”

“Flowers ordered for my mums birthday in plenty of time supposedly next day delivery it was ordered on a Friday wasn't delivered Saturday or Sunday it was Bank holiday Monday so was eventually delivered on the Tuesday.In the add it said next day delivery also seven days a week.”

“Lovely flowers. The recipient was absolutely delighted. Will definitely use the service again. I do wish however that some kind of feedback be made available once the flowers have been received. It just kind of gives peace of mind. Otherwise great.”
