“Very disappointed in these flowers. Didn't arrive on the day which I requested and was definitely not worth the money. You could get the same bunch from a supermarket for half the price”

“The flowers, once they arrived, were gorgeous, but I arranged for them to be delivered to my grandmother on her birthday (shown as the delivery date available on the order) and they didn't arrive until the following day. If I had known that they would be late, I would have used another company.”

“Flowers were ordered for 15/02/16. Flowers were dispatched on 30/01/16. I tried to contact customer support multiple times. Eventually got a reply 4 days after the flowers were delivered. Not even an explanation as to why they responded so late. Not happy at all. No easy contact number and that's huge for me. Would not use again..”

“The flowers and customer service at Debenhams is outstandingly bad! I wouldn't waste your time, energy or money. I bought four extremely expensive bouquets that looked worse than a £10 bunch from M&S. No quality. No style and a poor effort all round. One bouquet was five days late. Seriously, take heed. You'll be making the mistake I made!!!”

“The flowers were beautiful however I bought a vase thinking the flowers would be arranged in the vase, saving my friend having to do it. They were not so I feel the purchase of the vase a waste of money. I have had flowers from other companies which were arranged in the vase.”

“The order was placed on-line for freesias in bud form so the recipient could enjoy seeing them opening and that they would last as long as possible. The delivery was two days later than had been informed when ordering. Appreciated this was not the fault of Debenhams (they had been dispatched quickly) but Royal Mail were very slow. This was critical to the state of the flowers when delivered - 75% of them were already open but they were well packed and in good condition.”

“Your elegant bouquet of roses was a wonderful birthday gift for my niece who lives in Wales (to my London). It was reassuring to use the familiar and respected Debenham's name for an online order, and every step of the way was efficiently and courteously handled. Very many thanks.”
