The lilies were okay but one of the roses was drooping when the box was delivered and didnt revive or open properly. The other roses revived a bit once in water. Used the flower food provided. They were delivered by Royal Mail - maybe they took too long in the post. Not sure I would order again.... pretty disappointed to be honest, given I was abroad and wanted to give my mum flowers on Mothers Day.

Flowers arrived a day early and lasted for 2 days before they started to wilt, lillies never flowered despite being looked after as per the care instructions. Tried to complain and have waited over 2 weeks with no answer despite Debenhams acknowledging receipt of my complaint. Would not recommend or use in the future.

Worst service ever! Ordered for delivery on the saturday (as we were away on the friday) but they delivered on the friday and left them on the doorstep and af course they had disappeared by the time we got home. So that was valentines ruined i emailed them and they were helpful and offered a replacement order and a few extras so i accepted for mothers day, the roses were missing in the order of roses and lillys, and the wine was not the type i have arranged with them via email. So (from the kids) she got a box full of stringy grass, 3 lillys that didnt bloom and a bottle of wine she doesnt like never again!!! even with the credit they gave me for a future order

A terrible bunch of flowers. Embarrassingly bad. Made me look like a complete cheapskate. A few very small already browning roses and four unopened lillies. A bunch of flowers should have an instant impact, these Just looked awful. By the time the lillies opened the roses were practically dead. Tried to contact customer services only for the numbers to be out of action and there has been no response to my emailed complaint. An awful, awful service. Avoid.

Flowers were for Mother's Day and were delivered a day earlier than requested. However mum was very pleased and said they were beautiful. Handy to be able to order through Debenhams and have them delivered as I don't live near my mum. Will definitely use Debenhams again.

I ordered two bunches of flowers, for separate people, to be delivered on Mother's Day. I paid £2.99 per bunch for 'timed delivery'. However, I wasn't notified of the time of the delivery for one bunch until 11am on the day of delivery, and for the other bunch I wasn't notified at all.

Mother's Day bouquet was a disgrace, hardly any flowers and the ones that came were brown and looked as if they'd been eaten by something. Contacted customer service and to have still had no response more than a week later. I will not use again or recommend.

Wasn't happy with the website though I would guess I was mainly to blame. Somehow, two sets of flowers were ordered and when I cancelled one set, the date of delivery was reset to the default setting. I didn't notice so my Valentine's Day flowers, lovely though they were, arrived on 8th February.

Hello, I ordered the sympathy flowers on behalf of the business and still not rec'd a invoice as I have emailed and called the support team now on several occasions and still no joy, if I could receive an invoice by return it would be much appreciated. send invoice: marianne.ireland@agilityfleet.com

My partner and I both ordered flowers for our mums for Mother's Day. They were half dead by the time they arrived and were in the bin 4 days later. I have contacted Debenhams via email twice and my mum phoned to complain herself. We have yet to receive a response a week later. I would say stick to supermarket flowers, as they are less than half the price for double the amount of flowers and last weeks longer.

Very pretty, however the roses were already turning brown upon delivery. The lilies, although small, they lasted well, but by the time they were opening, the roses were close to being dead. Quite a small bunch even in full bloom. Lots of foliage. I was rather disappointed. For the money, I could have found something in sainsburys equally as nice, and probably bigger.

Quality of flowers good, ordering fairly straightforward, however arrived after 10am so not able to be at the crematorium. Normally with sympathy flowers i have been offered time slots for delivery, no options here.

Very disappointing service, the flowers came in a box which they must have been left in over night as they were dispatched at 11pm according to the tracking information so we're without water or light for over 12 hours before they were delivered meaning they were drooping and looking very much worse for wear. Additionally the box clearly had not been handled with care as a number of the flowers came squashed and with snapped stalks. To further add to the poor service I wrote to the debenhams customer service team via email and sent pictures of the flowers to clearly demonstrate that they were not in an acceptable state for sale and almost a week on I have received no reply, I would never use this service again and would definitely not recommend anyone else use it either as the premium price clearly doesn't guarantee premium products or service

Flowers arrived on time and my mum was happy, but I later found out an item was missing. I contact via the website twice and still no reply (it's been over a week). Also rang the contact number twice and been on hold for over 5mins both times - unimpressed with their customer service.

Originally delivery was 4 days late and flowers dead. Kati your agent arranged for new flowers and meant I was satisfied when new ones arrived. Would suggest debenhams should review delivery options as even with replacement floewers these were still a day late.

Ordered bouquets for mothers day. Delivery was very good, which is what the 2 stars were for. The flowers looked nice, once set out in a vase, however they were all in full bloom and not even lasted a week. Will certainly not be using the service again, disappointed.

I was going on holiday and would be away on my sisters 78th birthday. I decided to give Debenhams Flowers a first time try. My sister was an avid gardener and flower arranger and was thrilled at the beautiful presentation of baby pink tulips . I will be using Debenhams Flowers again.
