I have been using Debenhams Flowers for a while now and would not use anyone else. The flowers are excellent value for money, delivered on time and are beautiful. EXCELLENT service all round.

Arrived on time, however, very disappointed with size of the bunch of flowers and they started wilting after a couple of days. I purchased a large bunch and frankly I would have been better off with supermarket flowers which are the same size but half the price and last longer.

Recipient thought flowers were beautiful. Very impressed as first time I have used Debenhams flowers. Will use them again.

I had this bouquet delivered to cheer up my aunt as she was coping with the aftermath of bereravement. Though I didn't see them myself I am told they were beautiful, fresh and delivered on time, so I would definitely use this service again.

The flowers were for my Daughter-in-Law who had just lost her Mum. She was delighted with them and said how fresh and beautiful they were.

The bunch of flowers that was delivered was not what I ordered. I ordered a large bunch of fragrant flowers and received a puny bunch of flowers that smelled of nothing. Very bad service indeed. I will stick to M&S in future.

I ordered two sets of flowers on the Friday for two day delivery by the Monday of the following week. I had to phone as the flowers had not been delivered on the Monday and was told they would probably be there by tomorrow (Tuesday). The gentleman on the phone said they could not track where the flowers had gone. On the Wednesday they had still not arrived and I telephoned again and this time the lady told me they had not been delivered and that I could cancel my order if I wished or place another order and be charged extra for tracking. needless to say I was not happy and expressed my dissapointment. The lady then offered to upgrade my flower orders to a larger bunch and track the order. She said they would arrive by 12 noon the next day (Thursday), they did, but I will not be using Debenham's flowers again. It will be back to Interflora or M & S.for me

flowers were for my nan for her birthday, she loved them! they were very vibrant in colour, and fresh, and lasted over a week. very happy with purchase.

Flowers delivered on correct day. No one home so delivered to a Post Office with instruction of UNSPECIFIED goods to be collected, allowing AT LEAST 24 hours before attempting collection. As this involved a weekend flowers NOT COLLECTED until Monday. Cannot Royal Mail not be instructed to deliver PERISHABLE ITEMS to a neighbour ?

I bought a bouquet for my partners birthday which I had delivered to her hotel whilst she was working away. I had paid an extra £10 to increase size of the flowers making it approx £45 so that it made a big impact. When I saw the flowers I was somewhat disappointed with the size compared with other flowers I have ordered. Furthermore when the flowers were brought back home the next day (having been kept in the box and moisture wrap as supplied), I transferred them into a vase to find that some of the small white flowers had already wilted. These have been discarded leaving just the roses and Lillie's. The Lillie's are yet to open after 5 days but hopefully will open before the rose die. Although I maybe should have removed from the box and placed in water immediately I have not been impressed with them overall.

This gift was a surprise for my daughter and her husband. Fresh flowers should not be left in a wheelie bin for most of the day - especially when a sharp frost was forecast and the delivery man did not think it necessary to leave a special card through the letter box, but merely wrote 'green bin' on an envelope of a letter being posted at the same time. It was only when I rang my daughter to ask if she had received a delivery that we traced the bouquet - about 9.30pm that evening. Not impressed. The flowers themselves are still just about alive a week later but have faded a lot. Shame. I expected better from whoever delivers Debenham orders. It's the Debenham name which is affected!

Easy to order and very reasonably priced. Excellent service, kept me updated all the way along and when the flowers arrived with the recipient I was informed they had been delivered. The recipient loved the flowers, very fresh and as they came in their own vase it saved sorting them. Also came with a free box of chocolates. Would not hesitate in ordering through Debenhams again. Thank you......

My friend was pleased with the flowers and vase I sent and sent me a photograph of them. They looked OK but a disappointingly small bunch. Had I been near to deliver personally, I could probably have bought a similar bunch for £5 at LIDL

Ordered my sister some flowers for her birthday, description said they would arrive in bud form. They did not. Emailed company twice with pictures, they sent what looked like a spam email with the word HELLO. Phoned up and made a complaint. Was offered refund or a re send. I went with a re send as these flowers were for my sisters birthday. I ordered a large bunch with my first order, so they agreed to send large bunch and vase as a gesture. I was pleased, until that is my sisters 2nd bunch of flowers arrived, again not bud form, totally wrong bunch and they were the small bunch not large. Total waste of money and my time dealing with your company. Not to mention I live over 300 miles away from my sister and you ruined her birthday present from me!

My friend was out when these were delivered, a card was left but it did not state the delivery was for flowers by the time they were collected they were not in a very good condition
