“The flowers did not arrive on the date of the occasion and no contact to explain. My partner was going away for his birthday hence did came back to dry flowers which were delivered in his absence. Contacted Debenhams through their online contact us no response up to now. I normally use Waitrose and kick myself for changing. A pure waste of money and poor customer service. Sorry no more business from me.”

I agree this sounds like a terrible experience. I will ask the team to call you as according to Royal Mail the order was delivered on the requested date.

“I ordered a bouquet for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary. The choice was plentiful & ordering was easy. The flowers were delivered on time and came exactly as described. My parents were over the moon with them.”

“Arrived on Sunday and was kept informed of time. However quantity and quality was not as good as expected. Roses wilted in just 1 day. A bunch from a local florest was bigger and still going stron over 1 week later”

“I was happy with the simplicity of the process of ordering the flowers and with the range of options available. The flowers arrived on time and my friend loved them. It was for her 30th birthday and it had been important to me that they arrived on that day, so I was very pleased. Thank you, and I would recommend the service to friends and wouldn't hesitate to use them again myself in the future.”

“This was a birthday bouquet for my godmother, she was absolutely thrilled with the beautiful rose and lilly bouquet. Not only did they look amazing but the delivery of this item worked out perfectly she opened the door and was very surprised to receive these as a gift. I would definately recommend to anyone and without a doubt I will choose Debenhams again.”

“i wasnt happy at first ordered the blessed flowers states to be delivered in bud ,the roses part arrived fully open,sent e-mail with a photo my relative had sent me of the flowers was sent a e-mail saying the flowers would be replaced,then had a phone call from the suppliers apologizing and saying they would get a replacement order of flowers out the next day,they duly did and included a box of chocolates ,but again the roses were not divered in bud but fully open!!!!!!!!”
