Because of illness I wasn't able to travel down to see my mother on the Mother's Day weekend so instead I sent flowers (this is the first time I've used your service). Glad to say my mother was delighted with them and said they were really lovely; they were in excellent condition and had been very well packed. They arrived on the Saturday as requested, in the morning. Thank you, Debenhams!

The flowers came beautifully arranged, delivery guaranteed and packaged well. The flowers still look stunning a week in. Definitely recommend the designer range. Also customer service team were very helpful when I needed to amend the orders I had placed. Overall very pleased with the flowers and service.

This is the first time I've used the Debenhams flower delivery service. The whole process was very efficient. My sister was delighted with her bouquet, and has told me they still looked very fresh and vibrant after ten days! I will definitely use their service again, and I would would highly recommend them. Thank you to all the team at Debenhams.

Unfortunately there were only 6 flowers with a lot of greenery and some of the roses looked half dead. I don't think the flowers were worth the money that I paid. It was the first time I had used Debenhams flowers but I wont be using again. Very disappointed.

the flowers were not delivered on the day i ordered despite the order being placed over a week beforehand. The intended recipient had left so the purchase was useless. I sent an email of complaint but 5 days later i have still not received a response.

I have email your customer service dept this week to complain at the standard of flowers delivered to my mum on Mother's Day but as yet have not received any answer ! My mother received them on Mother's Day and by the evening the roses had drooped and by the next day the whole bunch had withered up and looked like flowers that were 5 days old at least!! This was really upsetting for me to hear as I had ordered them at least 2 weeks before as I was away on holiday until the 7th March and wanted to make sure she received a lovely fresh bunch of flowers on mothers day ! Will not be ordering from debenhams again! Poor customer service as well!

The offer I received stated I would get 50% more stems.....this was not the case. The flower arrangement only have 8 flowers! Disappointed.

Thank you for emailing me to write a review for you. It's a shame you haven't responded to my 2 queries for help and an explanation after my mother's day order was a whole day late. I see from your Twitter feed that I'm clearly not the only one to experience such terrible service. Wouldn't use you again for flower delivery.

Paid for timed delivery so that they didn't have to wait in but only found out am on the delivery day the time for a PM delivery, this doesn't seem right thought I'd be notified the day before

A beautiful and striking collection of flowers nicely arranged and suited purpose. lasted well. Packaging secure. Overall very happy with purchase which was a gift.

The flowers arrived looking really nice but the next day over half of them were dead or droopy. There was a lot of foliage to bulk out the bunch even though there was "50% extra". Obviously they use it fill the bouquet out instead of getting extra flowers. Have used Debenhams flowers before and had a good experience but this time (Mothers day) I was extremely disappointed. Made a complaint but have not got anywhere, £30 wasted - should of gone else where!

I bought two of these bouquets for Mothers Day. One arrived in great condition and one was badly damaged with broken stems. The combination of flowers was very pretty, but the amount was meagre at best. If I had seen them in a shop at half the price that I paid I would not have bought them .

I am really disappointed with the quality of the flowers. They only lasted 3 days before they had to be put out as they had died. I bought 2 bouquets for my mum and mother in law. I will not be using the service again

Ordered 2 sets of flowers to be delivered on the saturday before mothers day, 1 got delivered on the Friday! Bouquets were quite sparce to be honest (I understand they come in bud form, but the Lillies still haven't opened 5 days later) sorry debenhams, but I won't be ordering from you again, very disappointing.

bought the roses and lily bouquet for my mother in law. The flowers are lovely and no damage to them but felt the size was poor for the amount of money I paid. The picture of the bouquet on the website to them arriving is very different they are sparse and not a substantial bloom at all. I won't be using debenhams flowers again, nor would I recommend them.
