Good quality of flowers, but there was a delay in the delivery. Since I ordered them for a specific anniversary, this was not a small detail.

was disappointed to realise that the next day delivery i paid for was in fact a day late! I didn't see this until i rang the recipient. You need to make this more clear on the "Confirming page/payment page". This is why i gave a 2. It was upsetting as it was for a 70th birthday. i would of given a 5 had that arrived the next day as i had intended!!! ;-(

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Although we do offer guaranteed delivery dates, the method used on your order - 'tracked delivery' is one that means the order can arrive a day either side. We do try to make it clear in the ordering process but evidently it wasn't clear enough when you ordered. Great website I didn't know that Debenhams did flowers and was recommended by a friend great website and easy to use and great communication by email of delivery saw the flowers at my nephews house as he had just had a baby and they were true to description and beautiful.

Online buying was easy. The flowers when delivered were a huge disappointment they looked as if they had been bought at a petrol station. Huge disappointment, I felt embarressed I had ordered them for a birthday surprise. Debenhams you need to do better, the flowers looked awful. What a disappointment and an embarrassment. Never again!

hi it was the first time I had used Debenhams for a flower order so I decided to try them out ,everything went smoothly and my niece who they were delivered to thanked me and said they were stunning ,so I will definitely be using the service again,well done Debenhams very satisfied customer .

I ordered the 'Beautiful day' bouquet for my friend's 60th birthday. It arrived on the day and she was extremely pleased with it. I would like to add that I included the cake in a tin but was not aware that this has to be baked by the recipient, as there is no explanation of the extras. I am sure she will enjoy it when cooked though. Thanks

I ordered a beautiful bunch of flowers with free chocolates. i didnt see them as they were for a friend but they were thrilled to bits with them and said how gorgeous they were. Still fresh well over a week later and my friend said she would definately be buying her flowers from Debenhams in future.

I ordered flowers on the 18th of April expecting next day delivery as stated on the website. My order was placed at approximately 10am and the flowers arrived at approximately 10am two days later. When I complained I was told that I had chosen a delivery date of the 20th. Not so. I did not get the option of a delivery date and the date was only made obvious once I had completed the transaction and paid. Even then I did not notice this until it was pointed out to me in an email from Debenhams after I complained. If I had realised that the flowers would be in transit for about thirty eight hours I would not have purchased them I would have tried to find a local florist. Seems like next day delivery only applies if you live south of the border. Very disappointing.

Flowers were much smaller than advertised on website, rattle did not arrive, balloon was tiny and overpriced

There was no balloon. The recipient said the flowers were lovely but I paid for a package which includes a balloon. Disappointing and because of work I can't call to point out the error. I don't appreciate being asked to change my review based in a £4.99 refund. Kind of defeats the purpose of being honest in my review and it's a bit cheeky

Sorry about your initial issue. Some of our customers like to amend their review because they want to add that the issue they have written about was resolved so it reflects their full experience, and are able to do so without being dishonest about what happened.

My godmother's daughter phoned me to say how pleased she was with the flowers. Her Mum loved the colours and how well it was presented.

I bought a bouquet of Galaxy for my niece's 30th Birthday, its a great alternative to flowers and she absolutely loved it. The deliver was excellent, next day and on a Sunday too!
