“My wife and I ordered flowers for our daughter's birthday. They were delivered on the day requested and it was a beautiful arrangement. The flowers lasted well and we could see how lovely they looked as we spoke with her on Skype a week and a half later. The only reason we didn't score this experience as "Very Good" is that we thought we had ordered a "Cake in a Tin" as well. Thus the ordering experience was not totally straight forward. Still, we will definitely order from Debenhams again. We have never been disappointed with the service.”

“When the flowers arrived apparently they were very good but unfortunately they did not arrive first time & I had to chase them up so they arrived nearly a month late. I will say though I was offered either my money back or a larger bunch of flowers. Trouble is the surprise was gone!”

“My friend loved the flowers and especially the colours. I am glad I chose this particular bouquet because of their muted and subtle hues. I think it is appropriate as my friend is in mourning for the passing of her husband.”

“These were a gift to my parents in law on their 50th wedding anniversary and they were beautiful along with the vase. I was extremely pleased with them as were my in laws.”

“The flowers were 'sent' via royal mail. As no one was in when they called they left a card. Didn't say the delivery was perishable so recipient didn't go to collect for a few days. They were busy celebrating the birthday the flowers were sent for. I have complained to Debenhams flowers but yet to hear back from them.”

“Flowers ordered 4 days in advance for my mothers birthday. The date was clearly shown. They arrived the day after her birthday. Phoned customer services on the day who said they could arrive anytime up to 6pm on the day or the next day. I checked the website and this was shown in the small print well hidden away from the main page. What is the point in ordering for a specific date. Will not be using Debenhams again for flowers and would advise anyone else to get them delivered the day before they actually want them. My mother wasn't upset about this but I certainly was as it was a suprise.”

“I ordered 2 bouquets for friends to say thank you to them for being a huge suport to me a few weeks back. I was a little worried after reading such terrible reviews but the flowers were both delivered within 48hours and were beautiful. I was told they were packaged very well and both bouquets had a wet wrap around them to keep them moist. Brilliant service and stunning flowers. Thank you debenhams ?”
