“Everything was perfect. The flowers were identical to those shown on the Net - beautiful buds, they were easy to track and were delivered on time. They were loved and instantly put on Instagram. I would definitely use Debenhams again and highly recommend them. CD Tasmania, Australia”

“The flowers we received were in very poor condition. I had them delivered on May 18th for my wife while I was away and when I returned the following day May 19th she had to cut the stems of the roses as they had softened at the bottom and also the lilies stems had also turned to mush and could not be saved. Please advise as my wife was very disappointed. “This was the first time I had used Debenhams flower service, so I was not sure what to expect. However, the recipient said the flowers were beautiful, and long lasting. They were delivered on the allocated day, and were well packaged. I will be happy to use their service again in the future.”

“Flowers did not arrive the next day despite paying for next day delivery. Customer services were very helpful though and refunded the cost of delivery and gave me some credit for a future purchase. The recipient was very pleased with the flowers and said they were beautiful. Happy overall”
