The only disappointment was that the delivery was selected for the Saturday before Mothers day and the flowers arrived on the Monday. The tracker suggested that they spent the weekend in the delivery office

Slightly disappointed with the flowers I suppose being chucked around in the back of a truck doesn't help

I bought two sets of these flowers at RRP £50. Plus delivery cost. I also bought £10 flowers from the local supermarket, each were for Mother's Day. The Debenhams flowers started to die within two days and looked terrible. One bunch was for my mum in Birmingham and another for my boyfriends mum in Newcastle. Overall very disappointed as the £10 flowers lasted much longer. Will stick to interflora

Purchased for Mothers Day first time from Debenhams, Mum was absolute thrilled beautiful flowers that lasted two weeks. Good delivery service, well presented , yes definitely using Debenhams flower service next time without a doubt. Thank you

I ordered flowers for Mothers Day - they arrived on Saturday. On Sunday the Roses in the arrangement had all wilted and their heads all dropped. Looked dead! I contacted Debenhams support team on the same day & sent photos - I'm still waiting for this issue to be dealt with. I will not be using Debenhams to order flowers again!

Ordered flowers to arrive before Mothers day. They didn't arrive until after. I have contacted support 3 times and had no response. This level of service is not acceptable

The flower bunch didnt look as big as they image would suggest. They were a lot smaller then i would of thought, great picture deception, however, the flowers where lovely and the quantities matched what they said.

Ordered two bouquets both were nearly dead on arrival very disappointing. Buy flowers from anywhere else apart from here! I have emailed debenhams on the 14th of March and received an acknowledgment and that someone would come back to me within 48 hours- still waiting! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

I ordered the flowers for mothers day, paid for delivery on saturday they never arrived, I emailed customer services who still haven't replied!!!! DISGUSTING! When they arrived 2-3 days late half of the flowers were dead the ones still in bud were fine. Needless to say I am not impressed and will be making sure people I know won't be using the service! Cannot believe I still haven't had a reply poir customer service

The flowers themselves were beautiful however they didn't arrive in time for Mother's Day despite paying the extra money for them to be delivered on this specific day. Very disappointed.

Flowers delivered on time for mothers day but for £20 I was expecting more quantity which would have been the case with buying in person from asda/tesco.

The flowers arrived barely a "bunch"! They looked half dead! Not fresh looking atol! I contacted debenhams to complain, they did not get back to me! In future I will stick to inter flora!

Bought flowers for Mother's Day and whilst they arrived on time and looked ok, they did not last. The roses withered and petals all fell off within 5 days and the lilies did not open at all, turned brown and dropped off. My mum regularly buys flowers and knows how to take care of them so was very disappointed that these did not even last a week. I emailed Debenhams to let them know this and have still not had a reply, 10 days later. Very disappointed that a nice gift did not live up to expectations and that the customer service team did not even give a response. Not using this service again.

I made a complaint about this as the flowers wilted the very next day even though they had been placed into water immediately on receipt. Unfortunately although my mother in law took a photo on her phone, I am afraid at 89 she did not know how to send it to me so I was not able to provide the evidence. I think for the future your flowers should be packaged with some form of moisture at the bottom of the stems.

Bought a beautiful bunch of flowers. It came in a lovely box. Lovely for Mother's Day. I was disappointed the flowers only lasted a few days
